So I hooked up my PC to the TV, and my plan is to just use this PC like a console, since I still have my laptop I can browse the internet and do other stuff on. It's kinda awkward still using a keyboard and mouse to navigate to the games since I don't have a table. I'm not sure if there's anything to be done about it, but any cool ideas?

I think that's a good idea, really. When I get my own laptop I'm planning on using the desktop PC to replace our TV cable entirely.

I got a wireless keyboard with built in touchpad for my HTPC so I can use it on my lap like TFG said.

Steam will have TV mode? Hmmm... I think that's exactly what I'm looking for, gonna have to see what that's about. Thanks! For now, yeah probably a wireless keyboard with touchpad would probably do it. The mouse is really what makes it awkward.
