    Finally got around to playing Bastion. It was a fun game and I enjoyed the story, but I think I'll need to give it a replay to try and understand what the hype was about.

      If you haven't at least got the songs stuck in your head, or if the ending hasn't got you thinking then maybe it just wasn't for you.

      It will never live up to the hype that you have now experienced. It's been praised to the rafters (it's a very good game), but that praise has really set it up for a fall in terms of expectation now. Nothing bad to do with the game, it's just the mindset that has now been created. You said fun and enjoyable, that means the job was done though at least!

      Actually, I think it may have just taken a while for the game to "digest." Looking back, it really was an impressive game; it just took a while to sink in.

    Paragon would've fit. That'll teach you! Paragon interrupts are kinda lame, though. Pushing somebody out a window is more fun than giving a hug.

    xD Thanks! I was worried there for a bit when I didn't get a reply for a day or two (because Dean was always quick to reply). I thought I might have thrown that essay together a little haphazardly (still do, to be honest) and wouldn't get in. But thanks! I'll do the best I can! Thanks for the warm welcome, guys!
