That Iron Man mod for GTA IV got me thinking. What if you could make something a bit like Cops and Robbers, only it's Superhero and Robbers. Obviously, you'd have to try and balance it some way but I think it would be pretty cool. Even if it were just a 'survival' mode for the Robbers.

I was thinking regular dudes with some tech (maybe stuff that changes or is unlocked from round-to-round), though I think you could mix in a supervillain. Otherwise, there's the inverse of Cops and Supervillain?
