Why is sooo difficult to cook Turkey burgers? I always end up blackening them...guess because I'm used to my meat being closer to rare...and you aren't supposed to do that with Turkey.

Low slow and cook it with some oil mixed into the meat. Ground turkey is a bitch like that!

Thanks for the tip man...I had it on Med-High...and it was taking forever...and burnt them!
They also fall apart pretty easy on the grill, so watch that, as well.
