It's that time of year when I wake up gagging, choking, and nearly vomiting on phlegm due to dry(compared to normal humid conditions). weather and allergies. Tasty image, right guys?

I usually have tea before I go to bed, but the issues are still hit and miss for me. Humidity in my room was a little low (30-40), so that helped out a little bit. My room tends to be cooler too, so that could also be part of it.

Yikes. I have allergies, but not THAT bad.
The dryness makes the skin on my legs really itchy, though. A little moisturizer before bed and after my morning shower takes care of that, though.
