Wow...steam just included an awesome refund policy...I really applaud them for finally pulling their head out of their asses
Now, let's hope they are fixing the support issues..otherwise the refunding requests will just add to an already clusterfuck of a system.- Show previous comments 2 more

Sounds somewhat reasonable. Though, some problems won't show up until many hours of play.

^At that point you could argue it's not worthy of a refund. "I drove this car for years and now it's falling apart. Give me back all of my money!"
Plus, there's short games to consider.

Good points MaliciousH, but they do say they'll take things passed two hours into consideration....but yeah...if they get a response AND IF they will actually be reasonable with games that become more than unplayable passed two hours. A little pessimistic, but I'll keep an open mind.
