Luckily i have thousands of tinfoil hats, one just for this kind of event. Anyway, I know it's most likely illegal, but by playing online aren't you technically playing in their space if you're playing within the Live environment? So images uploaded by the camera exist not just within our home, but within the also within the realm of live. The reason I ask is because of the argument that others have that "ms can do whatever they want within the Live environment, such as changing one's gamertag." I know it's pretty much useless to thimk about, but the thought just occurred to me. Perhaps it's best to ask a legal Phoenix if I really wanted to know the answer instead of pondering it. Life goes on.

Hmm, I'm wondering if they can ban accounts for playing kinect games with an account that isn't their own in this case. Or even for just people playing games on your system with that one account instead of getting their own. The reason I ask that I lived in a house where there was only one xbox with one gold live account and a whole lot of people played on that account. Since we mostly played halo we didn't see the point of having more than one gold account. The points didn't matter to us. How different is this from letting someone else use your account from far away? Am I a cheater for letting my friends help me or vice versa on sections of games? Or for simply passing the controller around during an sp game and they unlocked an achievement? I'd imagine that the kinect thing is possible since it can recognize an individual and MS can take data from it to cater for advertising.

The touch pad on the back interests me. It's like the adam tablet that was supposed to come out a while ago. This thing basically has all console control and handheld functionality. Be interesting to see what kind of games they can come up with, aside from the demos shown of course.

my hands need to be clean before touching food. Also I do things in 3, 5, 7, or 10. So if i drink some water it'll be in gulps of 5 or something.

Nacho Bobo I currently don't have a gold account, but I'm not much of a multiplayer kind of guy anyway. I prefer mostly playing with people I know.

I've included a poem I wrote a couple of months ago for fun called evergreen. I hope this spoiler thing works, haven't done this before.

I tried teaching myself blender but stopped after about two weeks. I need to go back and do it. I learned some invaluable things about modeling the human form though. Most of the work I've done has been on photoshop and after effects. For the past couple of years I've been working as an animator on a feature film slated to come out this year. My employer primarily had me focus on display screens and flythroughs and computer imagery. I did some character animation too. The style is the paper doll animation style you see everywhere nowadays, so anyone could pick it up and learn it actually. I haven't really been working on the film for the last couple of months though because I have a pretty bad case of vertigo and can't/shouldn't drive as a result. So I've been trying to improve my art skills. With the type of animation we were doing the art skill didn't necessarily have to be high. Also I started out as an art major in college that switched to writing somewhere in between. I've skimmed through the poems and will be back to read them but I just really wanted to say thanks for poetry with some kind of form to it. I was tired of seeing poetry on other writing sites that consisted mostly of rhyming the word love with love and focused on the feelings of love.

I suppose you could call it that, but portable. It's like a drafting/ learning tool for me. Can't do much with the engineering unfortunately, but I don't think I'd want to do it on the go anyway.

Sorry I was tired last night a forgot to describe it. It's a music composition app that was supposed to come out a couple months ago but should come out before the new year. It has a lot of instruments and can also be used with garage band to clean up the tracks.

The last series I watched and enjoyed was the book of bantorra. Friends have called me crazy for liking it though. Haven't really watched anything since except for rewatching the dagger of kamui. I'm not really a big anime watcher any more, still like to see any new ones that are different though. I enjoyed his and her circumstaces for it's constant change in styles.

Well, most ipad/iphone games don't last too long, but you keep playing it for a better score. This is another one that you can keep playing over and over again. It kind of forces you too. The initial playthrough of yhe first bloodline can take about half an hour.

Wrote a paper on identity that discussed Eminem. I didn't listen to his music before that. A review of everything is bad is good for you. Wrote about nazi propaganda too. A paper about places that turned into a work of fiction. Most of these were amusing to me, and ended up being interesting. I had a hard time doing papers in college and I was an English major. My grammar is pretty horrendous though. The most fun I had was writing poetry for a book. Still enjoy it the most. Form and meter became fun to me.

It needs more, I maxed everything out in a couple of hours. I've had some issues with the dodging and parrying, but it could be because I'm not too good with visually tactile games. I would have preferred another way to dodge or use the shield, like multi touch. Also I saw no point to improving the shield stat since the bosses can break through it anyway. It doesn't seem to improve toughness either. The camera can also ge disorienting at tmes. I still had fun with it though, and look forward to the updates.
