I know I should put this in the thread, but the biggest Innernet Pet Peeve of all time is when people use ` as an apostrophe. Might as well move to Austin if you're going out of your way that much to be unique.

So if you're not meant to use ' as an apostrophe what are you meant to use, the curliness is generally defined by the font.

No, the thing he posted, `, is actually a different character from the apostrophe. Don't know what it's called though.
