    My Meat Boy strategy for the Cotton Alley will be to do the final level first on light world. Then on Dark World. If I can do that, then I can do ANYTHING.

      I did all the normal Dark Worlds, except the Fetus level 5

      Dude fetus level 5 on light world was one of the more annoying levels I played. Right now I'm getting through dark worlds of Rapture, but I am for sure going to leave fetus world 5 alone.
