Uh yeah... I'm skeptical. Kotaku doesn't ban just for having an opinion, they ban for blatant trolling or really slanderous language. For example, I saw a guy drop a f-bomb filled rant against Nick Denton and get banned. Two days later I basically posted the same thing in a more constructive manner and I didn't get banned or anything.

I use foul language all the time, although, sure that's one of the reason I dun have a star.

Got one on my first post on Gizmodo; I like them much more.

I wasn't starred, thus the banning. I think since I specifically pointed out that it would please their boss since it created more traffic is what did it.
