http://tinyurl.com/3dmgtpf Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances. Looks like a clear violation of three established rights there.

"A regular gathering of more than three people" constitutes a violation? Thank goodness I don't live there!

The constitution is just a myth at this point. It's been pissed and trampled on, used as toilet paper, and "edited" more often than a high school freshman on speed.
At this point it's merely a fantasy tale of a fictional nation. The real US of A is completely different in practice from what the constitution says.

50 people twice a week is not 'having some friends over'. Meetings of that size and regularity need to be in a suitable location, not someone's house.
