    You know what's interesting? I spend about $700 building a sweet-ass PC and I'm using it to play retro-styled low-res games.

      Well, I remember back in the late 90s when the PS1 and its polygonal messes were all the rage and I was more into NES/SNES/Genesis graphics. What always bugged me was that we had to wait until now really to get the sort of large enhanced 2D games I wanted back in the PS1/N64 era.

      Yeah, and there were some good 2D games in the previous gen but I am referring more to nice pixel based games like Megaman 9/10, Jamestown, VVVVVV, Retro Game Challenge etc.
