    I honestly think the thing I'm most looking forward to in next-gen consoles is faster BD drives to improve load times.

      Increased memory also allows for fewer load times. I have 18GB of RAM on my computer though and BF3 still takes FOREVER to load.

      I think most people aren't aware that the PS3 BR drive is 1X or 2X read speed which is pretty slow to be honest for games that run off of the disc (They should've given an install option for uncharted) and you can expect the next Sony console to have something much faster. It's the whole issue of seek times 1X BRD speed is higher than 8X DVD speed if memory serves me right. However a BR has more data so for games with heavy res and textures it'll be slow loading but for games...
