So, I've just read the most recent issue (#83) and I think I finally got tired of the comic. Reveal hidden contents Too many people keep getting slaughtered and the "reality sucks" motif is getting in the way of enjoyment IMO. A lot of characters you care about but there's plenty you don't. Death is constant. That's the point. But many characters are long term and enjoyable. It's been on cable like last year, the same time as the US (just 2 days apart really) on FX and they've been showing reruns of the show quite a lot too. Unless of course it's coming to Freeview channels but I'll have to check on that. I think FX (or rather Fox) have it on lockdown for exclusivity for 2 seasons here. Carol tried to get Daryl to become Shane 2.0 by saying he should challenge Rick, and Maggie tried to convince Glenn they (the two of them) could make it on their own. Actually, I think the whole Reveal hidden contents "We're pissed because you didn't tell us bad news" crap is ridiculous. I mean, even though Rick has explained what exactly happened to Shane, with Daryl's evidence to boot, it's still too despicable for the rest to handle. Yeah, freak out Lori!
