RockyRan
Right now something happened that was wholly indicative of my biggest problem: rampant, mutant procrastination. So I'm sitting here with my programming assignment due tomorrow midnight half finished, with a bunch of errors that I have no idea what they mean or what to do to fix them, and all of a sudden I remember the fact that I have several hours in the morning to work on this as well as a help session. I know this isn't too much time and the errors could probably take days to complete, but knowing that I have a seizable pool of time makes me think "It's OK, I don't actually have to work on this at all" and I got a euphoric feeling. That's right, my procrastination is so bad I'm actually getting highs from doing it. Kill me now.
AgamemnonV2
I was really bad about putting off stuff I had to do for school as well. Thankfully a lot of my professors were more keen on my delivery than they were on the substance. I remember I winged a speech in my public relations class because I showed up in a chiton and himation (which people kept calling a toga) and simply acted out all the facts of Mycenean Greece. I aced the speech but got points docked because I didn't turn in a written copy. I had to admit that there was none and that the speech was all improv. She waved the docked points then. If only math class worked that way.

If only math class worked that way. Sometimes. If the class is crappy enough, the morning of a test that I haven't studied for I usually panic and go on a last-minute study cram rush. It's at that rare time that I absorb everything I read (as opposed to pretty much every other second ), and sometimes I just HAPPEN to go over the same questions that are on the test. It's amazing when that happens but it doesn't happen often.
Pirandello
Speaking of procrastination, I'm indulging in it right now. Assignments and homework go untouched. Except the easy homework. I always do the easy homework.
Enervation
Math class is almost always in absolute. That's what I see as both its advantage and disadvantage... there is only but one answer, but the methods to acquire it are generally tedious and overbearing. Uck-fay discrete mathematics. Thankfully every math test I had ever taken had a teacher or professor who insisted that we do them on scantrons. At least then I know I have a 25% of getting the question correct. deanb
@Ethan: 0,65568,256,8192,32,256,32896,0,8320,16384,512,0,0,0,0,0 Just right click on it, hit copy. It makes that. If you copy that number sequence above into the player with right click and paste it'll load it in. Huh, I did right-click copy, but when I tried to paste it just pasted what had previously been in my clipboard. I'll try again sometime.
