Waldorf and Statler
Yeah nothing has been confirmed. And let's be completely honest, chances are they'll stretch books 4 and 5 into 2-3 seasons. By making it follow a chronological order they should be able to do quite a lot, the issue will be how long it'll take to see certain events happen to certain characters. I mean look at this season. Jesus how many episodes happened with Jon Snow doing absolute shit, and when they finally got to him he'd be a riding a horse or playing wildling poker, or geting a wildling loan so he can buy real estate on the other side of the wall to live with Ygritte. It'd be hard at first, what with her pregnant and carrying twins, but they'd make it work. He'd go hunting everyday and bring some meat for dinner, she'd stare at him and notice he brought the wrong meat and say "Jon Snow you DO know nothing" as he looks at the camera and raises his arms in a "that's me!" fashion while the audience laughs. Oh what good times. Edited July 19, 2013 by Waldorf And Statler

Chewblaha
There's a lot of shit you can cut out from AFFC and ADWD. You don't have to show every scene of Tyrion drinking on the boat or at the mansion. You can cut out half the scenes with Brienne walking. You can cut out more than half of the scenes with Dany wanting to fuck every dude in her presence. You can cut out the scenes of Cersei doing the same (because they're both insane). You can probably cut out every chapter that Jon and Bowen Marsh got into a dispute. You could also take a shot each time that happens and dies. You can't cut out Bran's chapters because he only had fucking three. You can't cut out Davos's chapters because he only had fucking four. You can cut out Sansa's because she had four all of which were the same. You can cut out Sam's because it's just him in the boat and sees someone, sees someone die, and does something he's not supposed to. Then ends up in a big building. It's very easy to condense. A lot of other bullshit won't be.

Faiblesse Des Sens
Why couldn't that just be one gif?
Hot Heart
A couple of reasons, I guess. Some can be too long, and it helps the pacing of the 'joke'.
Faiblesse Des Sens
What do you mean by too long? For imgur? There are other hosts... imgur isn't exactly known for their quality and file size limits. Either way I've definitely seen some on there that are that size and that long. inb4Waldorfjoke
Hot Heart
I don't mean too long as in file size, but whether you catch it partway through or miss a line because it's only up for a short while, etc. I really didn't think it was that big an issue for anyone. Waldorf and Statler
After a year I thought it was time to update my Steam info section. If you have any suggestions for edits or want to suggest a review/quote by a character I'd love it. The more hidden spoilers for newbies the better. Especially if it seems a book reference is wrong. Have our taste of our delicious northern styled lager. Created in 297AL by Lord Eddard Stark, our delicious blend of spices and wheat mixed in with a head hoppy nature and a hint of Tully malt was the best in Westeros until Lord Eddard got in over his head. It has been declared the best beverage by many of the Lords of Westeros, even being a pastime of our late King Robert. After the closing of the brewery following unfortunate events it was brought back into the land by the King of the North Robb Stark In late 298AL, The Young Wolf brings forth new promise, with a new formula that promises to survive the harshest of condition. It is being tested whether the Rains of Castamere will dilute the flavor."A Lannister always pays his tabs. Some claim it is a stolen recipe from the Gods, but those lies are out of hand"- Jaime 'The Kingslayer' Lannister"This is the beer that will mount the competition. It is known... that it's delicious"- Khal Drogo"You have awoken the draaaagon of my thirst, and it runs smooth like hot gold"- Viserys Targaryen"You know nothing about lagers if you haven't tried this"--Ygritte"What is drunk may never die."- Victarion Greyjoy"Hodor!"- Hodor"I came back from the dead seven times for this brew"--Beric Dondarrion"This shall make a great beverage if one of my daughters ever get married"- Lord Walder Frey"The name is Reek. It rhymes with the beer being of the elite" - ReekStark's Direwolf Winter Lager is protected by the Iron Throne and cannot be resold to peasants. Do not Robb our recipe as it is Branded and protected by Old God magic and if attempted to be sold outside of the Stark family, you shall meet their Rickoning. Waldorf and Statler
I have a friend of mine who is named Hodor. He wrote a bunch of Hodors. Halarious like Nick Canon.
deanb
http://www.spinvfx.com/work/game-of-thrones/ Some VFX for Series 3. They've used their own player that's like Vimeo, but not quite so can't embed. Man the ice looks a bit bad :/ But the rest is pretty neat. TCP
I wonder how much that'll confuse viewers. There's already a ton of characters and names to remember, actors changing doesn't help.
Faiblesse Des Sens
I think in this case it's pretty weird that they're changing right after he had a moderately sized role in the season. With the other changes they were people that your average viewer probably didn't notice in the first place.

Mal
For folks who read the novels... GRRM is going to release a novella about The Dance of the Dragons, the Targaryen civil war. -Snip the part about the Blackfyres. Hundred years too early...- The novella will come in a book with other stories call Dangerous Women. It should be fun. 35k words.
