Playstation 4

With the announcement of the delay of Watch Dogs I'm seriously considering canceling my preorder. Thing is, I know I'm going to want one early next year when Watch Dogs, Destiny and Infamous come out, so the question is how long shortages are going to last.

Why not just get it now and not have to worry about shortages? It's not going to be any cheaper in February.

Yes. The fact that Elder Scrolls Online is being featured in a Sony ad could indicate that the PlayStation platform is a higher priority for Bethesda so when Elder Scrolls 6 and Fallout 4 come out the ports could be better, the DLC could be earlier, all that jazz. Clearly two guys sword fighting is not Fallout 4, Dean.

It indicates that Sony has collaborated with Bethesda, as they have many publishers in Playstation advertising, to put a reference to Bethesda's upcoming MMO that'll be coming out for PS4 into an advert. It does not indicate anything about the port status of any unannounced not-in-development games at all. The guys that work in publisher relations and the guys who work in marketing don't work on the games. Their last "Greatness Awaits" featured a Skyrim dragon and we all know how great Skyrim was for the PS3.

Finally watched the ad.  It was good.  As Joystiq pointed out, the fact that it says "Professional drivers on a closed course. Do not attempt." on the driving part, but not the others, must mean that waling on each other with axes and swords is fine.

Considering it's free (if you own the PS3 version..) I doubt it, though that would be cool! It'll probably be the same exact game with 1080p/60fps. I hear touch screen controls are being added to the Vita port. I'd bet that's where most of the development went.
