Whenever I pick one up I plan on upgrading the HDD day one, or pretty damn close.  pretty sad if my ps3 has a larger hdd than my ps4

You could probably jack the drive out of your PS3 and stick it in the PS4.

but I'm going to keep my PS3, may want to go back and play some of those games.

Browsing a few sites, Knack reviews..... are not great. Which I sort of expected, and I'm glad I didn't get tempted to walk into EB Games and pick it up. Killzone, on the other hand, looks pretty good, lots of 8s and 9s. My launch day games will probably be Ass Creed and Lego Marvel, and maybe try to find Killzone on a Black Friday deal.

I bought Killzone and Knack with that Buy 1 Get 1 Amazon code, and I was already considering selling Killzone and essentially getting Knack for a ridiculous discount, but now I'm considering the opposite.  Or maybe I'll sell them both for $45 and profit.

And yeah, listed Knack for sale.  If it sells for what I listed it for then I essentially got Killzone for like $20, which isn't bad.

*Edit* - Wait, fuck that, it's still factory sealed, I'll just return it to Walmart for store credit toward the PS4, and get Killzone free.

Apparently you can only buy PS4 games on PS4s, if this is true, good luck getting PS4 PS+ games before you get a PS4. Another reason why getting the system at launch is ideal.

EDIT: Course, I'm pretty sure I heard otherwise, I guess we'll find out Friday.

Thank God that Killzone Shadow Fall is getting good reviews. Well, except from Kotaku.
It would have been embarrassing to have the one exclusive game everyone wants be a piece of crap.

Im personally really looking forward to playing this one. And Im hoping now that it's the center of attention, people will give the series a chance.

There's a PS4 section on the web store, and while right now it only has trailers I'm sure they'll add games at some point in the not-too-distant future.

In the spring of 2004 I sold my PS2 to purchase a Fender Rumble 100 watt bass guitar combo amp. I was growing out of video games, and getting heavy into music. Since then I've gotten back into gaming (obviously!). Today I sold that very same amp and will use that money to finish paying off my PS4 on Friday morning. It's meant to be!!

Downloading the update onto a USB is probably the smartest thing you could do right now. You know both next-gen consoles are going to blow up their respective servers on launch day.

Best to be prepared, and stuff.

Maybe if I win this $500 GameStop gift card from Taco Bell, I could...
