Vargras
Maybe she always knew. Even if she did, it's definitely out in the open now.
Vargras
Today's episode was freaking fantastic. Not enough to topple 'Luna Eclipsed' from my #1 spot, but definitely good enough to secure the #2.
Mister Jack
Definitely full of world building goodness. How crazy is it that MLP has world building. Faust actually gave a shit about the setting.

Mister Jack
There might still be a payoff at the end. The Last Roundup seems like a heavy title.
Mister Jack
Bad news...Hasbro has officially announced that they are against episodes being on youtube and are sending out takedown notices to various channels. They instead encourage people to download the episodes from iTunes. Don't do this. Regardless of how you feel about Apple or its DRM, the iTunes versions of the episodes are washed out. See for yourself. I don't know if they're going to be able to remove EVERY channel, but if so it looks like I'll have to resort to torrents. I would like to legitimately buy the episodes, but the subpar quality of the iTunes versions is unacceptable. tonyp2121
Hey Mister Jack, I do know that reddit has a large downloads are for every pony episode. They usually post the new episode on a download after a couple of days. http://www.reddit.co..._streaming_and/ Edited January 3, 2012 by tonyp2121
Mal
Heheh. I didn't make the thread but I found a posting of that after class yesterday.
Little Pirate
Bronies are pretty good about keeping up the episodes, because the Hub is not available in so many areas (mine included). For now I recommend this site: http://www.mastertoons.com/My-Little-Pony-Friendship-Is-Magic.php
Mister Jack
Someone put forth the theory that since content IDs are not being used to remove pony vids, that maybe Hasbro doesn't really mind it as much as other networks might, but they have to protect their IP to both please investors and avoid losing the rights entirely, so they're issuing DMCAs to keep up appearances. Seeing that ponies are still being uploaded, it wouldn't be impossible. I think they realize that youtube has gotten them a LOT of attention, but in a very unconventional method. Of course, if that turns out to be wishful thinking I'm sure there will be alternatives. This fanbase is too big to stop the uploads entirely. Someone would find a way. Vargras
Today's episode was absolutely brilliant. The pacing, the writing, all of it was absolutely top-notch. Sorry, 'Luna Eclipsed', but you're no longer my favorite episode. That goes to 'Family Appreciation Day' now. So, Granny Smith's parents founded Ponyville. Thus, Granny Smith's parents are the first generation, and she's the second. Following this, the Mane 6 are the fourth generation of ponies living within Ponyville. The current iteration of MLP is also referred to as the fourth generation. MIND = BLOWN. Edited January 7, 2012 by Vargras
Mister Jack
The only complaint I had about the episode was that Applejack was the only one of the mane 6 to appear, but that's a very minor complaint when the episode was so enjoyable otherwise. Mister Jack
I can't wait for the episode where Dash is hospitalized and discovers the magic of books. It's gonna get all Reading Rainbow up in this bitch.
Vargras
I can't wait for the episode where Dash is hospitalized and discovers the magic of books. It's gonna get all Reading Rainbow up in this bitch. I already see enough fics that have Dash in the hospital as is. That episode isn't going to help any. Books means the possibility of adorkable Twilight, though.

Vargras
http://www.redbubble...y1993/portfolio Well... Good if you go to Cal Poly, utterly worthless if you don't. Some of them are fairly creative designs, but you're not gonna be that successful when everything you have involves a single school.
Mal
Well, Cal Poly can refer to SLO or Ponoma but your point still stands. I am surprised the creator didn't just do Cal Pony. With that said, I'm catching up on the 1st season... Edited January 8, 2012 by MaliciousH

Cyber Rat
I watched the pilot episodes yesterday to see what all the fuss was about. I'm not sure I'll set aside the time to watch more of the show, but I can see why people enjoy it. It seems like a quality cartoon.
Mister Jack
Funny thing, though, is that the pilot episodes are usually the ones that the people who like the show are the least enthusiastic about. I mean, it's the pilot. Still, I give you credit for doing that much.
