That is one of the most terrifying thing ever. The guy had to shoot him multiple times, and the only way to stop him wasnto kill him? Yea... I an getting ready for zday

Ok so upon reading more there have been 4 similar incidents where the attackers have enhanced strength and use their jaws as weapons. This the effect of the drug called "bath salts"... sounds like a zombie drug to me.

OK, so a little digging and I got this from Gawker... Now, as we all know, Gawker is hardly a reliable news site, but they do put some completely unrelated issues together to string what sounds like the beginning of a zombie movie.

If you actually read any of the links of aggressive people, turns out that they are either drunk, drugged out, or have a history of psychiatric issues in the past... But still putting it all together like that does kind of creep me out.

"There are two novels that can change a bookish fourteen-year old's life: The Lord of the Rings and Atlas Shrugged. One is a childish fantasy that often engenders a lifelong obsession with its unbelievable heroes, leading to an emotionally stunted, socially crippled adulthood, unable to deal with the real world. The other, of course, involves orcs."

I'm not quite sure Mitt Romney is the one that made the app, unless he has skills I'm unaware of, so whether or not he himself is a graduate of Harvard or not is largely irrelevant. What is worrying is his choice of campaign team can't correctly spell the name of the country that he's trying to become president of. It's not really grasping at straws when being unable to correctly spell "America" is something that happened and got blasted out to millions of people.

Yeah, still not seeing the relevance especially if we're not supposed to bring up the whole 57 states or dead soldiers in attendance.

Fuck these anti-science politicians. You can't just make a law that goes against basic nature.

Land and water all stays the same... didn't you know that? Water doesn't get polluted, the ground doesn't erode and things do not decay. Things stays the same. We all can piss into the ocean and it will never turn into a ocean of piss.

Everything is linear and easy to predict too.

But due to it's existence it would need to be challenged in court? If you're an atheist candidate then you'd need to challenge this in court before you campaign even takes off, which would severely impair you in both time and money therefore creating an unfair system that favours religious candidates.

Maybe it's cos we're not Americans that we look at that and go "surely that's unconstitutional?". Or is it simple a case that because it's specifically aimed at religion, and atheist is not really a religion and in fact the exact opposite, that I guess some folks would interpret atheism as not covered under the first amendment?

No, it's surely unconstitutional, it's just the only way to get laws invalidated is to challenge them in court (or convince the legislature to repeal/change them, but that's not really "invalidating" them...), and the only way to do that is if they actually try to enforce it against you.
