Mal
If its anything like the nasty kind of pale ale... he won't get a second term. I can't let a man who make and drink piss, piss on the country!

TheMightyEthan
Something in that ad that I think is a common misconception is that being drugged and then raped while unconscious doesn't fall under the definition of "forcible rape", but it does (at least under the common law definition of forcible, and that's what would likely be used since the law didn't specifically define "forcible"). Mr. GOH!
That's not just common law, Ethan; it's the federal statutory regime as well. See: 18 USC § 2241 http://www.law.cornell.edu/uscode/text/18/2241
TheMightyEthan
That looks to me like it kind of undercuts my point, because it has drugging the person in "other means", a separate category from "force or threat", which would imply to me that "other means" wouldn't fall under "forcible rape" in that regime, unlike in the common law. Thorgi Duke of Frisbee
Tired of Romney buying his way into the public. Get your Trending Topics, your YouTube ads, your site ads, your Facebook requests, and everything about your miserable campaign off my Internet. To a lesser extent, same goes for Obama. I've already made up my mind, I don't need to see your attack ads, or your documentary, or anything else you try to feed me.
Mister Jack
Romney's camp probably knows that he desperately needs to endear himself to the public as a person, because whether you agree with him or not he has all the charisma and personality of a stump. deanb
I'm to understand Jackie Chan and Liam Neeson took the role. Chuck Norris' weirdness has been known for a while.

Mal
Liam for sure. I grew up watching Jackie but he's just that. Liam... has a set of skills acquired over a long career which makes him a nightmare for folks he doesn't like. Since we're on Chuck, same thing applies to Clint Eastwood. He's awesome but in some traits... not so much. Edited September 5, 2012 by MaliciousH
Thursday Next
Ummm, not being funny, but did Chuck actually say who I'm supposed to vote for? I mean I'm not American and all that but, it's obvious who they think I (or rather American voters) shouldn't vote for, but really they should have said something about voting FOR someone shouldn't they? It's just common sense.
TheMightyEthan
That's not how politics works in America; you just rip on the other side, don't bother actually praising your own. Part of that might be because with only two really viable (ie electable) options if you're told not to vote for one it's pretty clearly implied that you should vote for the other instead.
