Battra92
Since Sonic Colors was kicking my butt I went in my office and fired up Sonic CD and beat that. Again, I'm a little late to the party but I really enjoyed it. I think it was a bit easier than the classic cart based Sonics but not bad. Now I should dig out my Saturn for more retro Sega time. List so far Bonk's Adventure
Thorgi Duke of Frisbee
Beat Uncharted 3 on the 6th. Fun game, but it kind of collapses on itself in the end.
deanb
Star Wars: The Force Unleashed II What a disappointing game. Just thinking back you end up in like 4 areas, compared to the first game, the boss fights were a terrible slog, there's like 4 enemy types. If the bosses n mini-bosses had less health the game would lose about an hour (most of my heaths were falls, it's not like you're easy to kill yourself. In fact with my Vader fight I lost like 10% of my health tops). It was ultimately extremely anti-climatic (it's a battle on rainy Kamino as opposed to the in-progress Death Star Mk I of the first game) Woot for a rental I guess, here's hoping my next title is FFXIII-2. The first is good if you're wanting something to play. I quite liked the force monsters too. Should be cheap nowadays.
「Advent Chaos」
I didn't really want to add it until I complete all Extra-Ops and Outer Ops, but after I developed the Slingshot Rank 3, defeated all A.I. (Type II & Customs) weapons and cleared all the Monster Hunter quests I felt it was accomplished. Maybe if I get people to play with me later on Live I'll finish the few EXOPS and Outer Ops I have left to do.
CrowKnow
Blocks that Matter, Bioshock 2/Minerva's Den, Cave Story+. Orcs Must Die!, Deus Ex:HR/Missing Link and Jamestown. Also Shank just now Blacks the matter was kinda interesting... by the end it was kinda frustrating since I understood most of the puzzles but, felt like I was fighting with the controls. Minerva's Den was pretty satisfying... although still feel bad that I paid more for it than the actual game . Exp/Weapon mechanic really messed with my OCD... not having everything maxed out made me want to grind/risk dying. Orc must Die was solid fun, a bit disappointed how powerful the dlc items/traps. Deus Ex, went non-lethal/stealth... boss fights were a pain and at didn't even get the achievement at the end because it counts the tutorial ... otherwise good fun. Jamestown is a great coop game, gameplay was solid although after beating it multiple times I have no idea what the story is about. RockyRan
I haven't really beat anything so far actually, apart from the main quest in Skyrim. That game has consuming basically my entire gaming time so far this year.
TCP
Just finished Final Fantasy XIII-2.... great game. All I can say: SQUARE HURRY WITH THE DLC PLEASE!!! PLEAAASSSSEE!! Also, that ending song (which was the same from XIII, I think?) was horribly, horribly, out of place.

MrWake
Just completed The Darkness II. It was a great game and I'm excited to play the co-op campaign, but I saw the ending coming and it left me with a hollow feeling.
Strangelove
Just finished FFXIII-2. Great game....but the ending? I dont know if I love it or if I hate it. Its just....ugh. Motherfuckers.
TCP
Strangelove, what about the song?!?! How bizarre was that choice?!
ADIRTYWINDOW
Valkyria Chronicles. If you ignore the cheesy-ass story, this is a pretty solid game. To anybody else who has also has played this game. Would you recommend the DLC?
CorgiShinobi
If you love the game, get the DLC. If you thought the game was good, then don't. The DLC is very character driven, so that's why. I actually really enjoyed the story where the only thing that annoyed me was... How after Isara died, anything that needed a name was "Isara." New plane? ISARA! Had a baby? ISARA!
toxicitizen
Valkyria Chronicles. If you ignore the cheesy-ass story, this is a pretty solid game. To anybody else who has also has played this game. Would you recommend the DLC? Never got around to buying it cause I thought it was a bit overpriced. And I missed it when it was on sale. Shank. Pretty solid brawler with really fun combat and a great art style. The story is pretty decent, too. Not so much the plot itself (it's basically Kill Bill), but rather the presentation and the way it's told. It's quite short, though. Like, 3 hours long. It can easily be completed in a single sitting.
Strangelove
Finished RE Revelations yesterday. Awesome game. Makes me glad I got a 3DS instead of waiting for a Vita. It'll probably get ported eventually.
Battra92
After one majorly insane level prior to the final boss I have beat SONIC COLORS. All in all, a decent game and it feels good to complete a good modern Sonic game. List so far Bonk's Adventure Sonic CD
Battra92
Wow, big today today. I just beat VVVVVV. It was ... okay. Not great but not bad. I'm glad I only paid like $1 for it (I got it in a Humble Bundle) List so far Bonk's Adventure Sonic CD Sonic Colors
Thorgi Duke of Frisbee
Finally beat The Darkness II proper after I temporarily lowered the difficulty at the end. It's a fun shooter with a great visual style, but it's nowhere near as groundbreaking or as touching as the original Darkness.
Luftwaffles
Magicka. Took me and 3 friends about 5 hours in 2 sittings. And man, that game, even if it is buggy as hell and stupid difficult in parts is just really fun to play with friends. Although I wish the boss battles were a little more thought out. It took us about 15 seconds to beat the last boss after fighting with the one before for a good 5 minutes.
deanb
Shank. It had the oddest ending though, you kick this bazooka out a guys hand and then the uninstall sequence pops up on Steam and hey it turns out you beat the game. So yeah just some pro-tips for anyone out there wanting to make a game: a ) Do not make it so that the button to pick up the limited health drops in a boss fight is also the same button as the basic attack. It may surprise you but not everyone needs a pick me up at 95% HP b ) Don't put a cut-scene right before the boss fights. c ) Don't make it so that you then need to put the controller down and push space to skip cut-scenes. Especially in a game that starts with "we suggest you use a controller". So yeah, kinda glad this was one of those HIB titles, and I'd certainly not recommend it. I've never had Steam auto-start uninstallation after beating a game. *Edit* - b ) Don't put a cut-scene right before the boss fights. I'm fine with this as long as the cutscene is either skippable or there's a save after the cutscene. deanb
As in after watching the same cutscene on the unbeatable second to last boss I just went an uninstalled it and declared it finished and beaten. I frankly can't be arsed with the game any more. I even ended up on a walkthrough and watching videos, which has led me to believe there's a somewhat serious bug in the PC version. the PS3 videos online play out jack all like the PC version I've got
Faiblesse Des Sens
Sucks that the PC version is borked. I enjoyed it on PS3.
