Hot Heart
Tickets to go see Rocket From The Crypt. Hell yeah! Figured I'd never get a chance after they 'died' in 2005.
TCP
Good job SL. If you don't have at least two Apple products from the past 2 years, as far as I'm concerned, you're a no good piece of shit.
staySICK
Our new place doesn't have a built in dishwasher. Edited November 23, 2013 by staySICK
Faiblesse Des Sens
...do you have place where that even fits?
staySICK
Oh yea, it just wheels up against the wall in the kitchen and and is out of the way, there's just no area to put a built in dishwasher. and seeing as how this is a rental, I'm not going to bother with it. got a decent deal on this, use it for the year or two we are (hopefully) here before buying a place, then sell it. Popular Post deanb
My mum used to have a dishwasher. But then I moved out to uni.

madbassman39
I heard 2 out of 3 of these movies are good, so for $20 I figure it was worth a shot. On bluray of course. Did the same. Because why not?
Mr. GOH!
Got a new phone for cheap-ish. Better than my old one by far.
Hot Heart
Pre-ordered it for a reasonable price. Partly because I'm kinda bored with or dislike all the games my friends like to play. Though this only accomodates four players, I wouldn't mind being a 'games master'. Mal
Fuck you. Enough is enough. I'm not going to repeatedly mutilate my 20+ paged paper and hope one gets through or wait to go onto campus. This baby can eat 60 pages. I'll still have my smaller staplers but that start to fail at around 15 pages.
deanb
Surely once you reach 20 pages you want to be binding it not stapling it?
Mal
Binders are bulky (ask any professor) and those shitty folders are shitty. Though I suppose it is a possibility for reading papers. Stapling is just faster.
deanb
Binding is no bulkier than stapling, maybe a mill or two thicker along the spine. And if you're using it for handing in uni work then binding is a practical requirement, a stapled paper would be refused.
Mal
Maybe for the final draft of my senior project or master thesis. All the other times its just a simple staple.
danielpholt
I don't see these getting a Region 2 Blu Ray release any time soon, so i've splashed £8 for a pre-owned version of them both on DVD. Can't wait to watch them.
Hot Heart
Just won an ebay auction for the US blu-ray version of The Avengers, because fuck Disney and their shitty European release (and unfortunate, required name change). And fuck the Amazon sellers still charging ridiculous prices!
TheMightyEthan
What's messed up with the Euro release?
Mercurial
Why the hell did they change the name? Link to UK amazon page Edited December 9, 2013 by Mercurial
Hot Heart
What's messed up with the Euro release? Gutted nearly all the extras, like commentaries and stuff. And while not really a major thing, the actual film edit is based on another country's certificate rating (Australia, I think) so stuff like Coulson's death scene removes any blood and the blade never goes all the way through. And the name change was because we had a big show over here in the 60s and 70s called The Avengers (and there was a 90s film). The one thing they all share in common is that they are camp and terrible.
Strangelove
I already owned Eastbound season 1, but it was on dvd. Now I have the first 3 seasons on blu. Also, I already have the Robocop trilogy boxset, but this one is a new 4k remastered version with all or most of the special features from the Criterion dvd. Im pretty excited about it.
