Battra92
Love LOVE this movie. Though I gave myself the good advice not to buy anything for myself for a while. I often give myself very good advice, but I very seldom follow it. So I picked it up as an Un-Birthday present to me and I enjoyed it in a world of my own. Oh and DisneyMovieRewards has a $10 off coupon and it's $20 at WorstBuy so I paid $10 total. Edited February 2, 2011 by Battra92
Hot Heart
Went a bit comic crazy and bought: - Invincible - Volumes 12 and 13 (Paperbacks) - Y: The Last Man - Volume 3 (Hardcover) - Irredeemable - Volume 1
Battra92
Thanks to Ethan's advice I finally got myself one of these rather affordably. No more wasted space carrying around games in my purse. It's dangerous to go alone, take this: (No I didn't buy her or myself a bottle of rum. Just you know, Yo Ho Ho and all that ...) staySICK
I should find an sdhc compatible one... I have the oldskool r4. but yea, piracy aside, I love being able to switch games on the fly and carry a whole library with me without the hassle of the carts. Main reason I put CFW on my psp as well. Discussion reminds me.. need to make sure the Professor Layton games are loaded onto the card for the missus.

Hot Heart
Ha. Hot Fuzz is on TV right now. I actually need to rewatch that sometime.
staySICK
we had already owned hot fuzz on dvd, but borrowed it out to some friends of my wife's and we seem to have lost contact with them They have my copy of Cry Baby too. :( So we upgraded it to blu ray. And the Ice Age 2 was also a movie we have on dvd. Wife just found it odd / annoying that we had the first and last on blu ray, but second on dvd. Battra92
I have no idea what Hot Fuzz is. I now know what you guys feel like when you read my purchase posts. :-P
staySICK
Hot Fuzz is hot shit. You really need to check it out. Shawn of the Dead, too. If you haven't.
CorgiShinobi
I've only seen the beginning, and a bit of the ending of Hot Fuzz.
Hot Heart
The hell is wrong with you people?! Hot Fuzz is part of the Simon Pegg/Edgar Wright 'Three Flavours Cornetto Trilogy' (Shaun of the Dead was the first; we are still awaiting a third). They sort of spoof but also have a lot of respect for the genre tropes the films would fall under (zombie film and action film, respectively). I would recommend watching their first collaboration, Spaced, as well.
staySICK
I thought the next movie was Paul, but I see now it has a different director.

TheMightyEthan
we had already owned hot fuzz on dvd, but borrowed it out to some friends of my wife's and we seem to have lost contact with them They have my copy of Cry Baby too. :( That was their plan all along; they only pretended to be your friends so they could steal 2 of your DVDs. You were fools to fall for it!
Battra92
Never loan a friend a DVD. That's what DVDShrink is for.
CorgiShinobi
I also have Wayne's World 2 because it was a Double Feature pack at Best Buy for $16.99. It was a few dollars cheaper when they had a sale, but all the copies were sold out by the time I arrived.
Battra92
Using up my Borders gift card (by the way if you have one you really should use it ASAP) and the 40% off sale going on and my Borders Bucks I was able to get this for less than half price. For those wondering (all two of you) it's a book about silent movies.

CorgiShinobi
Normally I would wait for a price drop, but I'm in a Dead Space frenzy as of now. Besides, surprisingly, Summer Wars was sold out. Still, I can get that Blu-ray for just as cheap off Amazon. staySICK
The stand, not the tv. And the one I got is black instead of that brown. I also went by the nearest Dillons (Kroger to some of you other Americans) and got the price of it in gift cards for the gas points. Purchase I was going to make anyway, plus 800 points.
