deanb
http://www.strategyi...-stock-exchange delisted from London Stock Exchange. Also I don't know where I heard it, but they're shutting down all Gamestations (I got a letter, but that was only for my local one) edit: http://www.mcvuk.com/news/read/game-files-for-administration/093137 And they've filed for administration. Thursday Next
Meh, just an example of how they will never learn their lesson. Gouging customers and annoying suppliers at the same time was never going to end well.
TheMightyEthan
That's pretty damn misleading. Though I'll say it doesn't look like it's probably intentional: the sticker is in the exact same place on every other game box. So either they were just slapping it on the upper right corner of every game without thinking about it, or they're being very devious in their attempt to hide their attempted deception. deanb
It's in-place of where Mass Effect 3 would be. Those are pre-owned titles (the sticker is in the shadow in that picture mind), and that's the chart shelf. Mass Effect 2 has not been number one in the charts for a while. They didn't accidentally put a two year old pre-owned game on the chart shelf
Thursday Next
Haha. Oh wait, just realised what they did. That is really fecking sly. I thought they'd just stuck pre-owned ME3 on the shelf (which would be sleazy enough).
TheMightyEthan
Oh, I didn't get that it was a chart shelf. I don't think Gamestop does that, so I didn't know what the big numbers meant. Yeah, that's pretty fuckin terrible.

GAME to be owned by all of us. Sort of.
TheFlyingGerbil
the GAME has closed in our town, but the gamestation is still open. I can't tell which of the games are pre-owned or not so I didn't buy anything. Not that the prices tempted me. Nothing I already bought was cheaper, and nothing I wanted was cheap. e.g. Skyrim and Catherine were both over £40. Was hoping to fin meteos, but my search continues
