Waldorf and Statler
All I'm saying is that I feel bad for Canadians, I don't mind if they get movies and episodes earlier. Bless TV networks for such charitable work.
TCP
Why would you feel bad for Canadians?
Waldorf and Statler
Because they're Canadians. Bless their heart. Either ways this is getting off topic.
TCP
I think if you're going to say offensive shit like that, you should have points to back it up, or apologize.

Waldorf and Statler
So apparently Pabu had hair gel put in that scene. He's still as a... hair gelled fire ferret.
Waldorf and Statler
Just watched the new Korra. Was it worth waking up early? No. The episode was great, but I love my sleep too much. anyways Really good fight scenes in this episode, and nice to see the Fire Ferrets only lost because the Wolf-bats were literally cheating and paying off the refs. I don't know how much more clearly they can turn a blind eye when they're using ice. And the equalists officially declaring war, followed by Korra kicking some equalist ass? Yes plz. Sweet animations
TheMightyEthan
I missed it for my sister's college graduation. Now she and my wife and mom and other sister are all shopping and the episode isn't online yet. (well except for a crappy 360p version, but I'm not that desperate yet). Waldorf and Statler
Nick should really consider doing a rerun of the show. Instead of having like 5 episodes of those shows like iCarly in a row, how about allowing a rerun of this in the midafternoon or so? TheMightyEthan
It's sitting on my DVR at home, but I won't be back there until late tonight, so I won't have a chance to watch it until tomorrow unless a copy goes online.
Waldorf and Statler
Good luck finding decent streaming that doesn't take a century to load. The only decent streaming you'll find is in a day or two when Nick uploads the episode to their website
Mister Jack
Part of me wonders if the Equalists paid off the refs to ensure that the avatar wouldn't be the bending champ that got de-bended. Amon did say that taking away her bending now would make her a martyr. Maybe I'm overthinking it, though.
Waldorf and Statler
No. If you look at the previous episode, they show the opponents of the Wolfbats being taken away and one of them has a broken visor. Clearly one of the headshots supposedly prohibited in the sport. The wolfbats pay the referees off and the CLEARLY know they are cheating. CorgiShinobi
If any of you guys miss the new episodes in the morning and don't feel like waiting until Sunday for Nick's online episode, I've found a user on Justin.tv that records Saturday morning cartoons. They don't look exactly pretty when in full screen, but he/she is recording about 5 hours of video in 2.5 hour parts. I don't know when the person takes it down either, but you'll at least have it for Saturday when it comes to Legend of Korra. "Live Cartoons" Anyway, about this episode. It was still great, but this might be my least favorite given that... in most animated shows, only the protagonists may come to the realization that the antagonist/opponent is cheating, but the whole time everyone knows illegal moves are being pulled off. The announcer even says it himself by saying the refs must be paid off. How would anyone be fine with that once the match is over? Though, we didn't have to come to that since Amon and his Equalist goons stole the spotlight. I think once Amon took over that's when the episode became great. In a sense, Amon's words were to the point. Everyone knew the Wolf Bats were cheating, but they were the victors. They abused their powers and became the "best" at the sport. It wasn't hard for him to create a social commentary out of it. As for the second flashback, I wonder if more will be revealed depending on who Korra is in contact with. Just a hunch, but we saw more of Toph when Lin was playing an active role in the episode. Tracking back to the beginning with Lin... Did anyone else feel like that was quite the leap Korra took into thinking Tenzin and Lin use to be a couple? Like, it makes sense now with Tenzin and Lin, but for Korra to suspect that Lin was the other woman Tenzin was dating when Pema told him of her feelings was quite ballsy. Poor Beifong women, never getting the men they desire in the end. Ending was quite fantastic though, what with all the advanced metalbending. Quite a few times I was singing "Spider-man, Spider-man... does whatever a spider..." Oh, and Pabu. You know what I'm talking about! PABU! Mister Jack
Actually I came to the same conclusion when Tenzin said Lin had a grudge against him.
CorgiShinobi
It's not unbelievable, just felt like Korra connected two very far apart dots given the lack information. Of course, it is natural to go off a hunch and there's no sense in making Korra look foolish over the matter.
