Instead of character creation here, I believe you just choose from a list of already existing heroes. It has potential, but the developer seems to be a bit of a wild card. Considering Squirrel Girl is a playable character it appears that at the very least this game will appeal to hardcore Marvel fans. Also not sure how the whole character thing works. What, do you get logged onto a server that has an empty Deadpool slot or something? Are there fifty Deadpools? Is the game limited to twenty fans? It seems to me that it would be a competitor because they are both MMO's for an existing comic franchise that are free to play. The similarities kind of make me feel they will be dueling games. Yeah, I'm not sure what the deal is with how many of character X can be in a server at once. Though it would be hilarious to see like 10 Deadpools interacting with each other. I would have preferred character creation, but if Cyclops is in there, and as overpowered as he could get in X-Men Legends II, that would be pretty sweet. Will have to look into how the game works.
