Hot Heart
edit: As Hot_Heart has just highlighted, it is from last year. June last year. Why does random shit like this end up "new" Not sure how you came across it, but I know Eurogamer has this weird layout with a 'Popular Now' section sitting quite prominently. Around the end of the year, all sorts of older articles tend to resurface because they're linked in 'highlight' or 'looking ahead' lists. deanb
T'was via r/games on reddit. I'd queried the OP and he mentioned he ended up sorting of jumping from one post to another ended up on that article n seemed to be a lot of info he'd not seen so shared it. Seems that despite being an article from June it was an article that got buried back the in the day.

Waldorf and Statler
Please tell me I can switch out that ugly cap for a much more fashionable fedora or beret. Faiblesse Des Sens
much more fashionable fedora or beret. Please tell me you don't do this in real life.
Waldorf and Statler
I wear a semi-beret hat when I have to wear one. But it's like a modern interpretation of the paper-boy/1920's hat.
Hot Heart
Well, I suppose the hat is the least conspicuous way of trying to shield your face from the security cameras. I still say they should've gone with a hoody. So stylish.
Faiblesse Des Sens
I assume they were trying to avoid making him look like a college student.
Hot Heart
Commander Shepard wears a hoody. They are the height of style!
Waldorf and Statler
Being the only person who regularly wears a cap at parties/shootings with the cops might give him away too haha

Waldorf and Statler
Just in case somebody is freaking out that's only a placeholder price. Amazon did the same with Wii U titles.

Mal
I feel this game will have tons of little things, just waiting for players to notice. I'm sure some of the combonations will make us go "Wut?". Actually, it would be cool if players can make their own combonations and share it... might be a troll fest though. Waldorf and Statler
This game and Capcom's game still somewhat get confused together for me.
Hot Heart
Heh, I noticed that Mister Jack. I will confess, I was hoping that the homeless man's income would jump up to represent the money someone just gave to him.
TheMightyEthan
I will confess, I was hoping that the homeless man's income would jump up to represent the money someone just gave to him. Me too. I was actually rather disappointed when it didn't.
TheFlyingGerbil
but the homeless income wouldn't be registered so it shouldn't show up?
Hot Heart
Yeah, I just thought, despite the inconsistency, it would've been funny.
Mercurial
Ya the fact that homeless man got a few quarters is not going to register on database.

Thursday Next
Ya the fact that homeless man got a few quarters is not going to register on database. But the internet connected guy seeing the quarters leave one registered person's hand and enter another registered person's styrofoam cup would register on the database. So it could easily be accounted for. EDIT: Yes, I get that it is a placeholder price, and that Amazon don't want to commit to a $60 price "just in case". I still found it amusing. Also, what happens if that game gets 5 million pre-orders at that price? $100 standard pricing is a go. That's what. Faiblesse Des Sens
But the internet connected guy seeing the quarters leave one registered person's hand and enter another registered person's styrofoam cup would register on the database. ...but he would have to change the values in the database himself. Why the fuck would he do that?
TheMightyEthan
Why do people have Wikipedia edit wars over whether it's "Star Trek into Darkness" or "Star Trek Into Darkness"?
Faiblesse Des Sens
You think this character is so anal that he's going to hack into whatever the fuck database this is (why is a homeless guy even have a money-related database anyways? No bank account, etc) and change this himself just so it's always correct? This has to be the worst argument I've seen on this forum.
