The Euros kicked off yesterday, with a 1-1 draw between one of the host nations, Poland, and Greece, plus a 3-1 walkover by the Russians over the Czech Republic. Today's matches are the Netherlands v Denmark, and Germany v Portugal. Tomorrow the Republic of Ireland play, and Monday is England's first game. That aside, I'm pulling for Germany. It was tough to see Bayern lose like that to Chelsea a few weeks ago and I'd be willing to bet that if Lamb and co. meet Lampard etc. again they'll be playing with a chip on their shoulder.
