Metro 2033... enjoying it so far. The way some of the "cutscenes" were integrated were a relief after playing through bad company 2...

TF2... yup

Minecraft - Yogbox modpack... gave me a reason to play single player again, tons of content that only adds without being obtrusive.

Persona 3 FES. Started it a few months ago as a rental then learned it was a lot more expansive than I thought. I bought it about a week ago on the cheap and have been having fun since. Still, the game doesn't seem like it's going to end anytime soon. Currently at Nov. 20th in game, struggling to avoid any spoilers and juggling around some of the S.Links.

Currently, I'm only playing Malicious with regularity. There are bosses. They're sometimes gargantuan. They're sometimes prurient. They're always bosses. They're sometimes gargantuan, prurient bosses whose phallic spears lance my little nymphet. She levitates with no arms and one leg. She persists. She's a tenacious hero. Really, every level is a boss fight. It's neat, wailing on them with your fashionable scarf. The controls are still a bit of an enigma, and that can prove bothersome. Overall, worth the 800 yen.

I've been trying to get into E.Y.E. I mean, "Divine Cybermancy" sounds just about as neat as "Malign Thaumaturgy". The game is really very confusing though. In everything it does. I'm not sure if I like it. I'm not sure I understand its mechanisms. I'm not sure whether it wants me to understand its mechanisms.

I'm playing Deus Ex Human Revolution with a touch of Final Fantasy XIII still. (I'm doing the Cei'th Stones for a while on Gran Pulse before heading off on the story. Yet to start hitting any major difficulties. Just time consuming getting from a-to-b. I am going to end up a tad overpowered for most of the next story segment though. But I'm fine with that)

That's good, Dean. Being overpowered. Aside from all of my previously mentioned niggles(either here or in Steam chat), the principal reason I've let the game snooze is because I cannot progress. The "mini-boss" is one of those phalanx type robots, and the target of a required mission in the upcoming tower. He walks up to my party and kills them nearly instantly. I can manage an eidolon to curtail their deaths for a time, or use the sentinel paradigm. Still, it requires constant healing. Even then, it doesn't always prevail.

So... I'm still on Fallout 3. :|

This quick replay sure turned into a full play-through. I beat the game but I have to finish the fight with Broken Steel. Currently clocked in about 70 hours according to the inaccurate Steam clock. Hey, at least I done a lot of stuff legit like getting the totally sweet Experimental MIRV. Well, except in the few times where the game AIs bugs out to the point that I had to do some console commands.

With that said, I don't think I can take a Bethesda game for a week or two after this. I need something simple...

Deus Ex: Human Revolution came so close to perfectly recreating what made the original great that it got me all nostalgic for that time about a decade ago when I first discovered both the original Deus Ex and the Thief series (it also sent my Thief 4 expectations through the damn roof). Much like Deus Ex, Thief 2 still ranks high among my favorite games of all time, so I decided it was time I finally played Thief: Deadly Shadows.

Hell, I might even suck it up and finally play Invisible War all the way through once I'm done with Deadly Shadows!

Current rotation:

Spider Man : Shattered Dimensions

Bleach : Soul Resurrection

Deus Ex : Human Revolution

All those colons! I should point out that Shattered Dimensions is really cool. Borderline awesome. The reason I think I should point it out, is the previous Spidey titles of this gen were (according to ratings anyway) sub-par. I didn't play those, but I'm very glad I bargain-binned this one from Gamefly. It's rough, as it's going up against Arkham City in terms of release dates, but I'm going to make a point of getting around to the new Spider Man game coming out next month ASAP.

Oh, and Bleach is fan-serving me into bliss. Even though the actual series stinks lately.

Counter-Strike: Source, Mount & Blade: Warband and Civilization 5. Not quite the colonoscopy given to Chopin, but he's a mighty composer who can afford to have his innards checked. Add me on Steam if you want to play GunGame; it's the only variation I allow near my man-parts. 216.52.148.31:27015 is my home.

As my copy of Deus Ex: Human Revolution has yet to arrive in the mail, I've begun Assassin's Creed: Brotherhood.

GameTrailers was right, the "Assassin" gang Desmond hangs out with are best described as coming from Scooby-Doo. Most of the time I wish I could stab Shaun for being such a douche.

Disgaea 4, ME1 and El Shaddai.

I've played ME1 many times, I'm thoroughly enjoying D4, and El Shaddai I'm only an hour into. I'm very curious as to which direction El Shaddai will move in. It's very, very, very strange so far and I'm feeling a little lost.

Peasants can't run. Peasants can't hide. Really, our skirmishes favor relatively open terrain. Desert and its parched surroundings, chiefly.

They always try to flee. Watching as my fletching sprouts triumphantly from their everywhere is the best part.

Holding me over until Disgaea 4 arrives.

My wife has been on an IV and can't watch the child so I've been relegated to mostly my DS. I'm slowly working through Deus Ex when I have the time but I started Advance Wars: Days of Ruin in the meantime and I have to say that it's a surprisingly great game. They've tweaked a lot of what the old advance wars did and made the AI very fun to play against and the story is pretty good and more mature. If you have a DS and haven't played it you should check it out. It's pretty cheap on Amazon.

I started Mass Effect 2 over again. I didnt feel like picking up where I left off because it was over a month ago. I tried the male Shepard, but the customization options for him...suck. Ass. A lot. You have like 5 different hair choices, all short. You cant even get an Osama beard. Lame.

So I started another female shep. All is well.
