Strangelove
Muramasa is a pretty hard game on "normal". Im playing on easy and its a lot more fun to me. These kind of games have some real hardcore fans who want a challenge, I aint one of them.
Eleven
I think after P4G, that ^ would be my next game, or maybe Guacamelee. I wonder which is better and has more replay value? Speaking of P4G, how do you guys play Persona games (3 or 4 - Haven't touched the older ones)? Do you go through it normally once without a (max S.Link) FAQ? It seems to be a huuuuuge waste of time doing it that way, what with all the things you could possibly do and ending up not maximizing anything at all with your Social Links and stats and personas. So I ended up playing FES and 4 with a FAQ the first time. I still enjoyed it tremendously, I'm just curious how you guys did it.
Strangelove
Muramasa took me about 7 hours for one character, but sword collecting is a big deal and the ending can change depending on what swords you have, I finished with about 30 swords...there are over 100 in the game. I also assume once you finish the game with both characters you unlock another part of the game. But while I didnt finish Guacamelee, I think its the better game. As much as I like 2d hack and slashes, Guacamelee is basically a Metroid/Metroidvania clone and a fantastic one at that.
Hot Heart
Played too many doom and gloom games lately so I decided I'd better actually play Beyond Good & Evil HD. Really enjoying it so far. I like the design of the world and all that, so it's fun just walking around, taking pictures of things. A few little issues with the camera (not Jade's one!) at certain points, but nothing that affects my enjoyment.
TheMightyEthan
Now that I finished Dragon Age 2 I'm working on Company of Heroes 2. On the third mission, and really liking it so far. TheMightyEthan
Kingdoms of Amalur: Reckoning. I'm really enjoying it so far, as evidenced by my (according to Raptr) 12h 34m playsession I just ended. Obviously that includes bathroom breaks and whatnot. But I doubt more than 30 minutes or so of that was downtime.
Mister Jack
Heavy Rain. I've had it for a while but I'm only just now getting around to it to see if I'll want Beyond Two Souls.
RockyRan
Putting in a good ol' chunk of time on Sleeping Dogs. Been really great so far, the game looks nuts on PC, but the cutscene stutter drives me freaking crazy. Loving everything about it, from the driving to the shooting to the story to the buttery smooth FPS. Wee. I wanna get as close to 100% completion as I can. danielpholt
I started Heavy Rain this afternoon, and after initially struggling to get past the sometimes awkward controls its finally got its hooks into me. I'm not sure on the QTE's as of yet. I'm not a massive fan of them, but seeing as the game is basically built around them, i suppose i should deal with it. Also i'm still playing Animal Crossing: New Leaf; although i've not put nearly as much time into that game in the last week as i would like. Faiblesse Des Sens
I actually like Heavy Rain's QTEs since they try to mimic what is going on screen far more than most games. Most game it's just a "press _ button at the right time."

Most game it's just a "press _ button at the right time." Without a doubt. I really appreciate the way the text will float around the characters head when i've got a choice to make. I'm still struggling with the combination ones though. They come at me too quickly and my puny brain can't process the information in time. Climbing up that mud slide in the first chapter as the detective was a nightmare.
Faiblesse Des Sens
You might just be overthinking those. You just hold down the current button while also pressing the next and just watch the bars for when to stop holding. You might want to even hold the controller differently at that part. Though there's some later that are definitely meant to twist your fingers.

Though there's some later that are definitely meant to twist your fingers. I've gotten into a few scuffles (mainly as the overweight cop). Is it possible to die during one of those? Or does the fight just continue until you finally nail the QTE sequence? The only time i failed to land one, my character woke up from a dream. Faiblesse Des Sens
It's been too long. I can't remember how that stuff works. I know that some parts where if you fail there's a whole sequence involving your failure and you miss out on stuff and it affects the ending. Hot Heart
The dream one was deliberate. Always reaches the same end point, anyway. Be careful though, there are instances for all the main characters where they can die (though they usually give you a few chances to 'correct' things) which really changes the endings. Saturnine Tenshi
About 175 hours into Guild Wars 2. Hit level 80 some time ago. Still a great deal of enjoyable content to experience. And they have bi-weekly event updates thanks to their "living world" approach to content. Hefty updates with new areas, mini-games and such, too. Latest had the Bazaar of the Winds, a drinking game, scavenger hunts, powers suited for advanced world exploration and a Mario Kart-type racing game. Just got the "Omnomnivore" title for my achievements in Outstanding Booze Swillery and Belching Mechanics.
TheMightyEthan
I'm still playing Kingdoms of Amalur. 41 hours in and I haven't even finished the second area (of 4, judging by the world map), though I think I'm getting kind of close. I'm fucking loving this. Too bad 38 ran itself into the ground, cause this game is fantastic.
Faiblesse Des Sens
I Redbox'd The Last of Us. I initially played 2 hours at a friend and I'm a bit past that now. Playing on hard which might not have been the best decision for something I get charged to rent every day...
NeoStarr
Lucius is either gonna be one of the funniest or one of the spookiest games you'll ever play; depending on how demented you are. Was surprised I hadn't really heard too much about it before coming across it randomly on YouTube one day (under the well deserved title of "weirdest game over ever"). Now I realize that it's probably due to a plethora of bugs and some slack game design in certain aspects, but the premise is sweet enough that it's all worth it. Basically it's a cross between Hitman's gameplay and the plot of The Omen. You play as the six year old spawn of Satan and have to systematically kill everyone who lives with you in this big mansion, and make it look like an accident. All the while you have to do simple chores like cleaning your room and getting to bed on time so everybody stays under the impression that you're a good little boy. If they decide to go forth and turn this game into a franchise, they should totally just skip Lucius II and go straight to Lucius III. Y'know, the one where Lucius becomes president of the USA. I would play the shit out of that.
Strangelove
Silent Hill: Book of Memories is ridiculously addictive. And its all a fucking grind. And the story is barely there. And its not scary at all. But its looks good graphically, the Silent Hill aesthetic really works for a dungeon crawler, and goddammit it's just fun. Saturnine Tenshi
Faster Than LightA great, roguish space exploration and battle game that restores a bit of faith in the currently overpraised indie market. It's thoroughly entertaining, and leaves you to your own enterprises (which also means you have to take responsibility for stupid decisions). Currently, the USS Enterplease is on Mk5, and the first launch of the Voyeurger got me to the final boss before dying.Space fires are an awful thing. There's a bit of humor in failure to be had in many crew deaths.Fallout New Vegas: Ultimate EditionJust started. My main skills are guns, melee and science. I don't usually do melee (typically more of a clandestine class), but I figured I'd give it a go. Indiscriminately chopping limbs off is nice. I did die to a pack of giant radscorpions, though.Guild Wars 2I'm currently working on completing all the jumping puzzles. They're an excellent part of what has already become the most well-designed, thoroughly rewarding and refreshing MMORPG I've ever played—and I've tried my hand at quite a few. While it does has its pitfalls (namely in the limitations of combat skills and race abilities due to a hidebound devotion to balancing), it breaks the typical MMORPG mold in so many welcome ways that I don't think I see myself playing another until the rest of the genre plays catch-up.Civilization VBeen playing it since I bought the Gold upgrade for Gods and Kings. Stomped Greece as Persia. Spread Zoroastrianism as what has now become the world's main religion.
Faiblesse Des Sens
Melee is a good way to go in New Vegas. Also it's actually a RPG so you can choose speech and similar options and they'll actually do something in New Vegas compared to FO3. Mal
Dark Souls... oh man. Learning how to walk again is sure a bitch. Doesn't help that my character feels so goddamn slow. Knight by the way. Meh.
toxicitizen
Started digging into Reus. It was an impulse purchase but now I'm really glad I picked it up. As a complete god games noob, I'm having a lot of fun with it. Also played the first two missions of Strike Suit Zero. It's alright. Hasn't really sucked me in yet but the combat is fun enough. Was worth the 3$ I paid for it.
Hot Heart
Started Darksiders. So far it just seems like God of War-type game but without any fluidity, which completely kills any enjoyment I might get from combat.
