Saturnine Tenshi
FTL (Fuck the Light for Ethan) is so addictive. I keep closing it and re-opening it immediately after.

toxicitizen
Grabbed Poker Night 2 last night. I've been looking for a game I can play late at night when I want to game but not really have to worry about progress or how long I'll be playing. More often than not, I'll just end up not playing anything because starting a new level, mission or whatever seems like too much of a time investment when it's already 2 AM. I enjoyed the first one enough so this seemed like a good choice. As for Dust, my shopping list is mostly smaller indie games this year and it was near the top. Just played the first two hours and holy fuck it's amazing. Really glad I went for it. Edited July 15, 2013 by FLD
Faiblesse Des Sens
Finally picked up Dishonored + Knife of Dunwall. Also got Natural Selection 2. I'm waiting on Reus. $5 is the price point I want but I want Humble Store to match it.
toxicitizen
Think they already did http://www.reusgame.com/buy/ I'm still on the fence about this one. Looks cool but I kinda wish there was a demo. Gonna have to read about it a bit more or watch some gameplay.
TheMightyEthan
My backlog's down to 8, and I've been waiting for this one to go on sale. *Edit* - Shit, completely spaced on that Humble Store link and bought it on Steam. Faiblesse Des Sens
My backlog's down to 8, and I've been waiting for this one to go on sale. I've picked this up now and the DRM-free version is being price-matched: http://www.reusgame.com/buy/ Bam. Just a reminder: The devs get more money from this version and you still get a Steam key. This is the way to go. Edited July 15, 2013 by Faiblesse Des Sens
toxicitizen
Does the Humble store just take a smaller cut than Steam does or no cut at all?
Saturnine Tenshi
I don't suppose there's one for Dust: Furry Adventures?
Faiblesse Des Sens
Does the Humble store just take a smaller cut than Steam does or no cut at all? Smaller cut. 5%. Which is insane. I don't know how long they will last with that. Bandcamp used to be 0% and they went up to 15% once the service got popular. @Saturnine. Just looked. Steam only. One thing the Humble Store doesn't have going for it yet is a storefront. Right now all that exists are links on the sites for the games. Saturnine Tenshi
Thanks anyway. Probably for the best since I have $3 in Steam credit to spend.
toxicitizen
Went for it. Hopefully I won't regret it.
Mr. GOH!
Reus is a neat little game, guys. I got Remember Me, Kerbal Space Program, Eador: Masters of the Broken World, and Endless Space Gold Edition (with the expansion(s?)) via the Steam Summer Sale. Edited July 16, 2013 by Mr. GOH! TheMightyEthan
Endless Space has one paid expansion and several free ones.
deanb
The free expansions are essentially the updates. Kinda miffed Disharmony hasn't gone on sale but ES:Gold had. So it was only like £1.50 more to get ES:Gold than it was for someone already owning the game to just get the expansion. btw I'm up for giving the MP a shot at some point, only done SP so far. Not overly good at it mind, lots of nuances.

Mister Jack
I bought Alan Wake. I mean, I've beaten that game twice on Xbox and I'm probably never going to play it again, but it was so cheap!
Alex Heat
I really love Shinkiro's artwork. Zangief's in the corner all like WHOOOOOOOOA SHIT! while E. Honda looks like he just ripped one and Zangief's about to get a mouthful of it. And for some reason, Evil Ryu looks happier to be there than regular Ryu. CorgiShinobi
Definitely trying to contain myself, but it's hard to resist a game when it's not even at the $5 mark, as in Mark of the Ninja! With Remember Me, Rogue Legacy, and Mark of the Ninja, I'm still under $50!
toxicitizen
Mark of the Ninja is fantastic. Even at full price, it's worth every penny. Now if they'd just release the DLC already! I'm itching for another playthrough but I want to play it with the new style that adds non-lethal takedowns.
Strangelove
I hate Shinkiro's fucking artwork. They all have the same fucking faces. Not only that but it makes the more fantastical characters seem out of place. People with weird costumes like Morrigan or stupid haircuts like Haohmaru looks really wrong. Dude sucks. Alex Heat
Got one of my friends his birthday/Christmas gifts really early (his birthday is December 26th and I'm not gonna be one of those people who gives one gift and is like 'It's for both days!').
