WTF
If you're buying something from the steam sales I'd recommend the paradox fantasy pack which actually sells for less than the elven legacy pack and is a good deal for £5.something Got that and TLJ+Dreamfall since I lost my cds. I should be getting VTM:B today.

Saturnine Tenshi
Picked up Eschalon Books I & II. I've been waiting for a sale on those for some time now.
CorgiShinobi
I got Super Meat Boy during the Summer Sale on Steam yesterday. I like how the game describes how a controller might be necessary, much like a shower.
deanb
Dragone Age: Origins: Never Buy Bioware Games New Edition. It was cheaper than buying all of the DLC, never mind getting the expansion pack. Which means I may dump my disc copy of DA:O on Tom or Ben. toxicitizen
Got a bit of cash and figured I'd get a couple of PSN games instead of getting a single bargain bin retail one. I'd heard good things about the DS version but for some reason it always stayed off my radar. Then I tried the HD version demo about two weeks ago and absolutely loved it! Been aching to play the full game ever since, so it was a no-brainer. Next, I could only afford a second game and was torn between Outland and Beyond Good & Evil HD. I seriously did not know which one to pick. Then the PSN store updated and Sony made my choice infinitely easier. 7,99$ and includes some DLC. Been wanting it ever since getting WipEout last month but thought it was a bit too pricey at 20$. Though of the two DLC packs included, one is pretty damn worthless. All it does is unlocking all the cars in the game. Where's the fun in that?! I was afraid I'd be forced to get it, but thankfully all the items were separate downloads so I didn't download that one. Oh and I bought the Legendary Cars DLC for 2 bucks. Ecto-1 + BTTF's DeLorean = hell yes! Edited July 5, 2011 by FLD

Hocking
Good game that, played through the trial version on XBL a good few times. Very tempted to pick it up in the sale, but I'm thinking I'd prefer it on the 360. I did just pick up Risen in the sale. A friend picked it up when it originally came out and was singing it's praises. I wasn't a fan of it's price tag at the time.
Yantelope
Dragone Age: Origins: Never Buy Bioware Games New Edition. Yet the one Bioware game I still need, Mass Effect 2, has no such ultimate edition.
Hocking
Yet the one Bioware game I still need, Mass Effect 2, has no such ultimate edition. The PS3 copy is half the way there. I'm quite sore over that, having paid for all the DLC on the 360.

「Advent Chaos」
I wasnt going to buy another game til Catherine, but Gamestop.com had this for 59.99. I also had 10 bucks in credit. I want that backpack bad. I implore you to please provide us with pics of you wearing the backpack. $59.99? I better finish inFAMOUS so I can justify buying this one. Hot Heart
I want pictures of you leaping up a building wearing the backpack. Funny that there's a soundtrack but I can barely remember any of the music. While exploring at least, it seemed to occasionally appear for about ten seconds and then it was gone again. WTF
@ Strangelove you guys were lucky that there were excess copies out there. In Palzone it was quite limited and I think most of EU didn't get it outside of the UK aaand it got sold out within 3 days unlike the Killzone 3 one. I bought that one for the bag myself, it's decent for DSLR equipment lugging and I like the fact that it's mostly waterproof considering hey guess what it's raining in London XD. On the topic of purchases I bought GTA4 complete and sold my console versions for 4 times what I paid for the complete version.

Battra92
I count this as gaming as it's going in my PSP (via those handy dandy MicroSD to MCPDuo adapters. Edited July 8, 2011 by Battra92
toxicitizen
I gave in and ended up getting most of the Burnout Paradise DLC. They were all either 2$ or 3$, down from 5$ and 7$ respectively, so it was quite a steal. The only one I didn't get was the Party pack, which adds local offline multiplayer. Didn't seem necessary seeing as I rarely have people over to game.
Harri
So I convinced my friend to buy me counterstrike 1.6 for my birthday. However, The most fun I had was the condition zero:deleted scenes. It's a great campaign, and it's very enjoyable for a manshooting session.
