Metal Gear Solid

I have people on my FOB but I could care less what happens to it. I have nothing there. The personnel I lose are easily replaced if they are killed. From what I've read, most people don't even bother taking people or even stuff. They just gun for the goal, shooting and killing anybody in their way.

The smartest thing I have ever read about MGS was a wrong answer in a nonsense quiz on Clickhole

"The Metal Gear Solid  series is defined by paradox, with one-of-a-kind game design undermined by pervasive misogyny, trenchant anti-war messaging muddied by a fixation on paranoid conspiracy, and a fragmented chronology that not even a dissertation could tease out"

I went into MGO for TPP for the first time last night.

It's alright.

Infiltrator is the "advanced player" class, but honestly it just has different perks. I was hardly playing "true" stealth when it came to Bounty Hunter. In the preview it showed everyone being slow and methodical, but everyone I've played with and against plays very aggressively. There's also not much use for stunning from my experience. I stunned three people with one Stun Grenade once and before I could Fulton them, a guy shoots me and wakes them up. You have a chance to increase your tickets, but when push comes to shove, killing your opponent has a more immediate benefit.

i.e. When I went 7-0 with my stealth camo and SMG.

Why do I still love this series... this game... just to suffer?

Also if you feel like downloading it: Shadow Moses in Unreal Engine. It goes up to where you fight Raven in the tank. You can't do anything but it is neat to look at. I suggest playing the MGS  soundtrack. MFW.

Metal Gear Survive coming to PS4/XB1/PC in 2017.

Set directly after the events of Metal Gear Solid V: Ground Zeroes, Survive sees the members of Militaires Sans Frontières not killed in that game’s finale transported through wormholes into an alternate universe, where they’re forced to battle a force of crystalline zombies and, it seems, at least one Metal Gear itself.

Well, at least Kojima didn't take all the drugs with him when he left...

Seriously, though, what the shit?
