TheFlyingGerbil
The Last Window on DS for £9.99. That's really cheap and I remember when I bought it it was quite hard to get hold of.

Saturnine Tenshi
The inFAMOUS 2 CE is still $59.99 in Gamestop stores. Those in my area just received a fairly large shipment. Edited July 11, 2011 by Saturnine Tenshi

Yantelope
From SD: Green Man Gaming has Deus Ex: Human Revolution pre-order (PC Digital Download) for $35.99 - 20% off code FACEB-JULY2-20PEC = $28.80. Thanks Remmib Note, this game requires the Steam client to install and run I just bought a copy. It activates on steam I think too so you don't have to keep the GMG account. Pretty good deal for a preorder.
Saturnine Tenshi
How do you know if it activates on Steam or not?
deanb
Customer notesThis game requires Steam in order to install and run and so cannot be traded or refunded. http://www.greenmangaming.com/games/rpgs/deus-ex-human-revolution/
WTF
I'm sticking with my £20 augmented edition and/or £30 collector's edition (with the figure) [the latter should be fine] Anyways Deals head over to impulse today for deals on Black Mirror 3 (£6.18 is what it shows up for me though it could be 6.99 for some, refresh a bit; normally 19.99) Drakensang for £1.69 Lead and Gold for £1.49 (steam redeemable). WTF
Not a Deal but The Old Republic costs £45 for the regular version. Most retailers have it for £39.99 except coolshop who currently have it for £27.99 but that price will change soon. In actual dealio news NFS:The Run costs £25 on Amazon.co.uk on the PS3. NFS is a series that despite having a good gaming rig I justs don't buy on the PC anymore. Shopto have Child of Eden 360 for £19.85, PS Move Heroes for £15ish, Darkspore for £8.86 which isn't a bad price if you like that sort of game. Front Mission evolved 360/ps3 is 7.99 at play.com
Luftwaffles
Civ V is 17 USD on Steam's weekend deal. Thinking about picking this one up, but my wallet is still recovering from the summer sale and new computer expenses. Thinking about picking this one up, but my wallet is still recovering from the summer sale and new computer expenses. I will probably pick this up. I feel bad for people who got it for $25 in the summer sale. Yeah, that was my immediate thought as well. I loved Civ IV, any thoughts on how V compares? Better? Worse? I'm pretty sure I can scrounge 17 dollars at least.
deanb
I personally prefer V just cos I feel it's more manageable. Also it looks quite pretty, though I wish that the advisers would advance with the times like my buildings do. I'm building a shuttle for Alpha Centuari and my advisers are wearing togas. deanb
http://store.steampo....com/app/35140/ Batman AA for what I think is $5 (£3.75 over here) Just in case you don't yet have it. It's a pretty damn solid game. Though I will say replayabiltty is minimal. Especially now since the main replayibilty I'd have out of it is replaying before AC comes out. It's worth it for these parts alone:
Hot Heart
I think it's worth it for the combat alone. Those bits were a little annoying in gameplay terms but were well-done and made for a nice change of pace from the rest of the game. Would definitely not be worth it alone. FredEffinChopin
Brink is $19.99 on Amazon today, 360 & PS3. I snagged one, what the hell. Let's hope it comes through at least a little.
Thursday Next
3DS going down in price: http://www.engadget.com/2011/07/28/nintendo-3ds-price-drops-from-249-to-169-august-12th-current/ hopefully this will extend globally.
Strangelove
It was so incredibly overpriced though, its hard to feel bad for Nintendo or to even think this is a "great" deal. Its just a good deal now. This is what it should have cost from the get-go.
Thursday Next
Certainly don't feel bad for them, but a 40% / $90 discount is pretty good really isn't it? *NOTE* I know that you can probably get the 3DS for less than $249 already, but assuming the discount will be in proportion to the actual price. Its just a good deal now. This is what it should have cost from the get-go. My thoughts exactly. The 3DS just went from "nice to get someday" to "On my list of planning to buy soon." I wonder what the Dsi and XL will go down to. I kind of wish the 3DS had the XL's screen size but I can live with the bigger than DS Lite size of the 3DS.
