RockyRan
I do wish there were price wars in the US. Too bad the only thing companies over here ever do together is find ways to jack UP the price. Edited September 17, 2011 by RockyRan

Strangelove
I dont know if this is a deal or not, but all the Uncharted 2 dlc is free for PSN+ members for this week only I think. Its all the maps, skins, modes, avatars, the motion comic thing, a dynamic theme, and some other stuff I think. Also Im sure most of you know, but RE4 and RECV are half off. Ten bucks each with PSN+. Yantelope
Witcher 2 is $24 on amazon. http://www.amazon.com/Witcher-Assassins-Kings-Digital-Premium/dp/B0051BH6FK/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1317321528&sr=8-1 I don't think amazon lets you download more than once though so you may want to back that sucker up somehow. CorgiShinobi
Oh eff, with the upcoming gaming mayhem, can I offered to throw out another $25? ........ Probably, as long as I don't buy any other media entertainment.

RockyRan
*sigh* This is what I get for pre-ordering on Amazon. I could've very well bought the collection with my own cash for $25 instead of pissing away a gift card I had been hoarding for almost a whole year trying to cherrypick the best deal. First time in years I preorder anything too. I was just reminded of why I don't preorder things anymore. Faiblesse Des Sens
So you had a gift card anyways and you're STILL bitching? Yeesh. You paid retail. Hell, you didn't even really pay for it. Quit being a baby.
RockyRan
Try reading Faiblesse. This is what I get for pre-ordering on Amazon. Faiblesse Des Sens
Yes, I did read that. I'm sure most of us have had the experience of getting a gift card from a relative or from your work for a place you didn't care for and couldn't find a deal you liked (this used to happen with best buy and I all the time.) Either way, it's a gift card, you got it for free. It's a gain even if you're paying retail. I see no reason to be upset that you are paying the price it is intended to be sold for. RockyRan
I have penny pinching tendencies. I even pinch on gift cards. I look out for deals even on store credit such that I can maximize my goodies as much as possible. Buying something then seeing about 10 different deals on that same thing flying by just chaps my ass. Could've used those monies for something else. Many, many other things. I need therapy. TheMightyEthan
While I don't obsess over finding the best deal, when something like this happens I often have the same initial reaction Rocky. Then I go "meh, I got to play it all [week/month/other timeframe], so whatevs"

Vargras
THQ sale on Steam this Monday through Wednesday. Metro: 2033 is currently 75% off, with the entire THQ catalog being 33% off.
deanb
The THQ collection is probably one of the best bang-for-buck and top quality publisher catalogues on Steam.
Yantelope
I already own half of the THQ bundle though...
TheRevanchist
[PC] Batman Arkham City preorder - $33.96 GMG is having their Autumn sale with a 20% off voucher for most of their games. The biggest value that I saw was the preorder for Batman Arkham City http://www.greenmangaming.com/games/action/batman-arkham-city/ Use voucher: AUTUM-NSALE-20PEC Expires on 10/17 Note: game cannot be activated through Steam.. even if it did, you'd still have to use GFWL just like in Arkham Asylum, but for this price, it's pretty hard to pass up for what will most likely be an excellent game. TheMightyEthan
Well, I wasn't going to preorder, but for 33% off sure, I'll bite... Edited October 12, 2011 by TheMightyEthan Fixed math
