Strangelove
That was one of the first games I bought as I was getting back into gaming in 08/09. I purchased it at Walmart for $65 dollars. Weeks later it was 40. I learned my lesson. Its ok, man. It happens to every guy at some point. Theres nothing wrong with you. I prematurely buy games all the time only to see them discounted 2 weeks after release.
TheMightyEthan
I actually did the opposite with Brutal Legend: I held off until it was $20 because I wasn't sure I was gonna like it, then after playing realized I would have been happy with paying $40 for it. CrowKnow
http://www.indieroyale.com/ Indie bundle featuring a pack of Serious Sam Games... haven't really played any of these, can anyone recommend it? Saturnine Tenshi
Worth it for First & Second Encounter. Haven't played the others. They're old-school sometimes-corridor shooters with co-op and hyphenation.
deanb
http://blog.eu.playstation.com/2012/01/25/heads-up-game-store-update-25th-january-2012/ All PSone and PSP Final Fantasy titles are on sale this week. I'm very likely going to get myself FFVIII since that's the only PSone one I've yet to play.
TCP
That's a great deal for you Europeans. I'd easily buy digital copies (already have physical) of Dissidia 012, IV Complete Collection, and maybe the first two Final Fantasy's again, just so I can play them on my Vita in 4 weeks. Battra92
DeathSmiles for $9.99!!! Seriously, just buy this game! It's worth it!!!
CorgiShinobi
If you want SoulCalibur V, go to Namco's online store and use "carls" to get $10 off. I went to Carl's Jr. today and saw this on my cup. I already have the game, so yeah.

Its exactly like the one that came out for Tatsunoko Vs Capcom. I dont know if I wanna buy it though. I play a lot of fighting games, but I dont think ill really be dedicated to it. CorgiShinobi
With SoulCalibur V, the game really focuses on using an arcade stick. The games have always done the whole "A B K G" layout, but this time I feel like they put more effort into making combat moves reliant on arcade format. But I don't play a lot of fighters, so I could never justify having an arcade stick of any kind laying around. Almost got the TvsC stick though, but decided against it. TheMightyEthan
I bought it for $15 from Amazon, never got around to playing it, then sold it for like $65 on Amazon later (it was still in the wrapper). I thought that was a good investment.
Battra92
I really liked Symphonia (I own but never played Symphonia 2) but people say Vesperia is great. I remember someone on the old board loved it (can't remember who, though.)

I thought that was a good investment. I should have done this. I never got around to playing my copy. I bought it before I realized I don't like JRPGs anymore. WTF
USE the Eurogamer50 code and head to THQ espana to get Warhammer Space Marine for 4.97 Euros which works out to 6-7 dollars and 4.12 quid. Or you could use that code for other thq games for halfprice.
CrowKnow
Lifetime 15% discount on Gamersgate with a code from IGN Prime (which you can signup for a free trial). http://login.ign.com...mos/gamersgate/ http://www.gamersgate.com/ign Some caveats though... if you've got multiple accounts on the same address (for example on fileplanet and ign.com) it's likely going to mess up the code redeeming part so you're better off making a new account from scratch. IGN Prime's free trial has autorenew for the subscription turned on by default. Turn it off here https://s.ign.com/prime-manage "The 15% off discount doesn’t seem to have any restrictions, it works on preorders, new releases and special offers. It doesn’t even expire after you’ve used it once, all the marketing material suggests that this discount applies for “life”." TheMightyEthan
I can't get it to work, when I go to the IGN promo page it says I need to have a prime membership, but I have the trial. Maybe it doesn't work with trial memberships?
CrowKnow
Works with trial memberships, I had the same problem but, that was because I had multiple accounts tied to a single email. I suggest trying to make a new account with a different email.
TheMightyEthan
I just made a new account on a new e-mail that I made specifically in order to set up this account, so I know there's no other accounts on it, and it still says that I need to get prime. *Edit* - I think IGN's sign in system is fucked right now, and that's the problem. Because I now have 3 IGN accounts, and I went to sign in in Firefox to see if it was Chrome that's the problem, and their site tells me that the username or password is incorrect for all 3, and the "forgot password" says it's not working while they migrate their sign-in system. Also the sign out link on Chrome doesn't work. So yeah, IGN sucks like always. *Edit 2* - Nevermind, after the Mass Effect 3 facebook game wouldn't work I thought maybe it was my computer, so I tried my laptop and both this and the Mass Effect game are working on that computer. WTF could be causing that? *Edit 3* - Figured it out, I had 3rd party cookies disabled. Edited February 12, 2012 by TheMightyEthan
