This PSN+ deal is fucking awesome!

I'm still a member because of the extra months they added due to the hack last year. But I would definitely renew now. So many games to download.

Also, I haven't played inFamous at all. But I keep hearing its great. So now I got both games for free. Time to play them i guess.

EDIT: I don't have the hard drive spaaaaace! NOOOOOOOO!

Alice: Madness Returns is 20 bucks on PSN. Its an awesome platformer and it should come with the first Alice game too.

And for people who needs more games on their Vita, Power Stone Collection, Ultimate Ghosts & Goblins, and Street Fighter Alpha 3 MAX are on sale for 5 bucks on PSN. All Vita compatible.

I recommend SFA3Max. Its a great game. Its basically arcade perfect, has shitloads of characters and shitloads of game modes, specifically World Tour Mode. Which is awesome.

The store hasnt updated yet though.

P3P just had a price drop about a month ago. It used to be 30 bucks. So itll be a while before it goes lower again. Probably a year. Or hopefully around the time P4 Golden releases.

Im on the same boat though. I want FF4 Complete Collection, but that also just dropped in price a few weeks back. 20 bucks is just too much for me. Itll be a while if ever before the prices drop.

PSP prices are all over the freakin' board. The 3rd Birthday is 20 bucks and just came out last year, but Parappa The Rapper is 23 dollars. A game that came out over 5 years ago....that's fucking insane.

Tekken 6 and Soul Calibur are STILL 40 bucks too. Those are about 2 or 3 years old and they suck compared to the console versions. They need to get their shit together.

Yeah, console-specific online markets seem to be irredeemably retarded about pricing.

It's not gonna be news to anyone here, but part of it is the problem of not having physical stock. If you have a couple of boxes of a one year old game, you need to shift them so you have room for more new games, so you drop the price till they sell out. With digital goods you can literally forget your back catalogue.

I don't think that there are many companies that "get" digital sales really. Google, Amazon, Apple and Valve all seem to. Everyone else is a bit behind.

Well, I didn't want to say. We do seem to be getting better at it as we go. Which I guess is to be expected. Origin can't seem to decide whether it is global or local though. Amazon have Amazon.de / co.uk / .com etc. They have a clear regional identity. iTunes and Google Play are the other way. The store, the content, the pricing (as far as I can see) are globalised.

Origin doesn't identify itself along territories, there is no "Origin EU", "Origin US" etc. There's just Origin. But, the content, pricing and promotions are all localised. So if you see an offer for "Battlefield 10 half price on Origin!" you have no idea if the game is available in your locale or if the price is reduced by half.
