The link probably won't work if last time is an indication, but basically on the Play Store is a "25 billion apps" sale going on with a bunch of apps and games going for £/$0.25

http://getloadedgo.com/

Pick 2 for 15$

Binary Domain, Arkham City Goty, Men of War Assault Squad Goty, Warhammer 40k: Space Marine, Stronghold 3: Gold Edition, and Civ 5.

Everything except Arkham City appear to be Steam Keys while Arkham City seems to be GFWL/SecuROM.

Never bought from getgamesgo though but, Web of Trust is showing yellow for the link.

Binary Domain activated fine on steam though so /shrug

Seriously, he was too late. ME Infiltrator controls like shit.

Anywho new apps are up. Horn looks neat, but by the look of the reviews it's not just "optimized for Tegra" it's pretty much made specifically for it. Which is a shame cos I wanted to try it out, but filtering to my phone all all the reviews are one star "crashes on launch". I also remember good reviews for the Batman game, because as the reviews pointed out Gameloft pretty much just copied the Batman: Arkham games. And GBWG has good reviews too (beyond crashes), just I want turn based games on my mobile.

In the non-gaming side I'd suggest Nova Launcher (just got it, it's pretty sweet compared to other launchers I've tried), and Sketchbook Pro, which is the tablet version of one of my first paid for apps, and is pretty damn sweet if you like doodling. Out of all of them it's the one I'd strongly recommend even if you don't think you'd draw much.

It keeps elderly family members amused if nothing else.

And the rest you can all fish about on the Play App/Site.

I'm an Apex user and I can't say that these two are all that different once you get to the pay level. (Back before I bought either I thought Apex had the way better free feature set.)

Now that I own both if one of them quits developing it I'll just stick with the other. I'm trying to find speed dfiferences and it seems Apex is slightly faster. They're both more customizable in different ways.

Either way, recommended if you're on ICS and higher.
