TheFlyingGerbil
To get us excited got the sequel which is no doubt right around the corner now. At least we know it is officially being worked on (again).
deanb
Eh, so far none of the other games, with the exception of Rayman sorta, have a sequel lined up so I wouldn't take it as a sign of anything other than it being an older game that they'll have had slim digital sales for. TheFlyingGerbil
Ubisoft has recently reconfirmed they're working on BG&E 2 - hence my comment. The sarcastic tone was because they have come close to smothering my hope for the game by this point.
deanb
https://chrono.gg/TechRaptor TabletopSimulator is currently $8 on Chrono.GG, donating to AbleGamers. Hint-hint.
deanb
http://store.steampowered.com/sale/endless_franchise_sale/ Endless games on sale atm, I'd guess cos Endless Space 2(not on sale) just recently came out. Pretty enjoyable, and the soundtrack on Endless Space is pretty good. Ignore the "recent: mixed" reviews, pissed off some chinese pirates by blocking a mod that allowed pirating or something (you'll notice most common language on the recent negative reviews is chinese). Mal
http://www.macgamestore.com/product/6241/Sid-Meiers-Civilization-VI/ Civ VI 20% off so $47.99. Keys are NOT out yet so no preloading or anything. They should be out by Friday since I think people with Macs have trouble preloading so they don't release keys beforehand anymore to stop it. I should note that this is the Mac store but it shouldn't matter they're all go through Steam that activates the same version as Windows. Edit: It's dead now. TheMightyEthan
I saw that one but was too nervous because at the bottom of the page it only lists Mac system requirements.
TheFlyingGerbil
It's just a deal you can use on games if you want, but anything sold by amazon if you don't. Buy a £30 gift card (which you can apply to your own account), and Amazon will apply £7 credit to your account (to be used by mid January) so you're getting the 20% more free. Link. deanb
http://store.steampowered.com/app/221910/ Stanley Parable is 80% off (making it £2 in local currency though that'll vary throughout the day depending on judges n MPs n will of people n such). Well worth grabbing if you haven't, skip your Greggs & A Coffee deal(or local equivalent. Timbits n Coffee, Dollar Menu n drink etc) n get on this instead. I'd say it's a few hours worth of playtime but it's like in numerous short bursts of super forth wall breaking fun. Just don't watch any youtube videos on it (since it's short n all).
deanb
https://www.humblebundle.com/mobile/board-games-mobile-bundle Bunch of board gaming android apps on HIB. Max price is $5 which is shit tons cheaper than buying physical and than the single price of a bunch of the apps (quite a few board game apps kinda pricey, though I guess cheaper than physical alternative) I'd suggest grabbing it, especially if you're on a tablet as they're cool for "on the go" games, long car trips or whatever. Sure not quite as tacticle, but can take a bunch of games on the go. Oh and Caracasonne doesn't need to manually scored up and packed away which is worth

deanb
Now I can load the site: it's the golden joysticks thing. Which I've already picked up. edit: To add that FF Tictacs is on sale on Play n App Store: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.square_enix.android_googleplay.FFT_en2 Still kinda "pricey" but compared to usual FF app prices it's a steal

deanb
GRID is currently free on Humble, and I hear it's a pretty decent racing game. Though if you grab it you have to redeem it before the end of the year.
