Mister Jack Posted November 18, 2012 Author Report Share Posted November 18, 2012 (edited) Reveal hidden contents I figure it's one of the following: 1) It gives away too much 2) As you said, it wouldn't make much sense for the Lich to be that helpful. 3) Pen decided to go in another direction with Finn's father 4) It's too important a detail to just mention briefly in that one scene. 5) Pen decided to save the story about Finn's father for its own episode. On an unrelated note, it's kind of a bummer that BIlly is dead. We barely got to see him before the Lich got to him. I mean, although there are some differences, they are mostly the same people with the same personality (with the exception of Jake.) It could easily be explained that because history was changed, Farmworld Finn had completely different parents which is why he looks so different, but not everyone would come to that conclusion so it might be confusing to see Finn's father as a mighty warrior in one episode and then a spineless wimp in the next. Only reason I liked the previous one was due to "These Lumps" but besides that I'm not a fan of an episode with no plot whatsoever. Though I did like Gunter's smackdown. Waldorf and Statler Posted November 25, 2012 Report Share Posted November 25, 2012 So I beat the game on the DS. It is an ok length. Like 5 or 6 hours. My thoughts? Eeeeeh. It was a cash grab. It didn't have the depth of Zelda 2 and the game was mainly a "Oooh Aaaah I recognize that character" Gameplay was ok. But I wouldn't buy it imho.
