TheMightyEthan
The only part that irritated me in Killzone was the skydiving part toward the end.
Vecha
The last "battle" aggravated me some. Little cover...enemies on all sides...and then, suddenly...it ended? It was weird. Also, Resistance was Ok...didn't really capture my attention as much as KZ:SF. I'm sure I'd be in the minority though. Edited November 23, 2013 by Vecha
toxicitizen
Honestly, Resistance was one of the first games I got for my PS3 and I remember enjoying it a lot but I never felt the need to revisit it. It's probably nowhere near as good as I remember. I suspect most of you will feel the same way about Shadow Fall in a couple years.
Faiblesse Des Sens
Resistance has some awesome co-op and has weapons that only unlock after you beat it which take it into ratchet & clank territory. Definitely better than a lot of people think it is as it generally seems to get a mediocre reception.
Vecha
Oh, I'm definitely sure FLD. I'll probably not touch the campaign ever again. Now...Resistance 2 splitscreen co op with my little brother was very memorable.
TCP
Ass Creed 4 ... pretty good! Might be my favourite AC.

TheMightyEthan
Assassin's Creed Black Flag. Â Loved it. Â Sad it's over. Â Â I've already done pretty much everything as I went, so there's not really anything left to do. Â I could finish getting the collectibles on the sea but that's tedious and it doesn't really give you any rewards, not even a trophy. Â *Edit* - Wait, I still have the Aveline stuff! Alex Heat
Yeah, one of the things I noticed about tiny islands is that the amount of money and materials you get isn't worth jumping overboard and having to swim back to the Jackdaw every time. Â Especially if you park as close as you can to the island, only to find that the game will automatically push the ship a ways away.
Hot Heart
That's one of the things I've found with certain open world games. Once you've done a load of stuff (or cleared the story) in GTAV, sure you can buy business and such...but why bother? To earn more money after so many days? What for? Â And with Sleeping Dogs, I'm not really seeing much reason to bother with sidestuff anymore. I get more money? For what, better cars? But the driving's terrible... danielpholt
Tearaway  I've been waiting for this game since its unveiling a few years (?) ago; and it didn't disappoint. The world of Iota (main character) pops at every turn, and like all Media Molecule games, it's got dump trucks full of charm and a very sweet, heart warming message at its heart. It uses the Vita's many features in new and interesting ways, and none of them feel unnecessary.  I wasn't expecting the ending to touch me on the level that it did, and for that MM deserve all the praise in the world. If you've got a VIta, you should own a copy of this game. It's the perfect game for the console, and the only console that could pull this game off. TCP
Contrast on PS4. Some really cool and solid ideas, but sometimes some of the platforming was a little frustrating. Still no idea what that ending was about.
TheMightyEthan
I quit Contrast after I got stuck in some scenery and had to exit the game, losing like 10 minutes of progress. Â I was maybe an hour in, and it was okay, but not enough for me to care to replay that 10 minutes.
TCP
Yeah a solid C+. Disappointing cause there's definite potential for a really good game there. Maybe with a sequel... Â It's indie night, I just beat Flower. Man, dem feelings!

TheMightyEthan
Â Great game. Â Managed to play through the whole thing (except the bonus world) coop with my wife, which was great.
TheMightyEthan
Â Good game, but I don't get why everyone's acting like it's the most amazing thing ever. Â I finished it, and I enjoyed my time with it, but I probably won't be going back to do all the secrets and stuff.
Alex Heat
Finished up Binary Domain, Ace Combat: Assault Horizon Legacy and Shinobi over the last two weeks. Â Didn't care much for Shinobi, especially after the standards the PS2 games set.
TheMightyEthan
Antichamber. Â I did a bunch of puzzles, and then a thing happened. Â That's about the best of my understanding. Â Fun though.

Mr. GOH!
Assassin's Creed 4. Fun game, though full of that trademarked Assassin's Creed jankiness and awful follow missions. I thought the villa customization was extremely weak after the wonderful homestead missions in AC3. Â Â Â I think this is the first game with a real ending that felt like a false ending. Torres was easy as fuck to kill, and then then present-day section didn't feel like an ending at all. So I thought I'd have to go back and kill one more final Templar in the Caribbean but, nope, end of the game! Â
TCP
Yeah I was saying before, I was genuinely surprised when the credits rolled. Considering right before that they were talking about other people Edward needed to assassinate. Ubisoft needs to hire some good writers. Also agreed with you on Villa/Homestead. The homestead was one of the best parts of AC3, they could have easily done something like this with the pirate hideout or even your crew.
