Eleven
Let's make a new thread! Woo!So I'm looking for a good download manager for OS X. On Windows, I'm using IDM, which is a download manager I would really recommend to anyone looking for one. It's not free, I bought it years ago though, for around $30 I think, and I haven't regretted it. I'm looking for a similar one for my mac, and searching around, I found iGetter. It's $25, and at the same time, also free, you just have to wait 13 seconds when you start the program before you can use it. It does the job, resumes stuff and all. I wonder what some of you guys are using, if you do use a mac?
Faiblesse Des Sens
Your browser doesn't have the capability to pause and resume downloads?
Eleven
I don't think browsers can handle resuming downloads after days, or after closing it, or restarting. So far, browser download managers are only good if you're going to download stuff and finish it right there. Also, i don't think you can queue with those, or leave credentials in for items in the queue. Or splitting them into multiple parts to accelerate it. Faiblesse Des Sens
I guess I use torrents so I never have to deal with that.
