fuchikoma
I love SYNC.ART'S vocal tracks... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=V3PGDS83DII This one's kind of obscure, even for Touhou music - it's the hero of Touhou Project, Reimu Hakurei's theme, not from a Touhou game, but from Seihou - Shuusou Gyoku. I just found that out looking for it on Youtube... (I don't know what other games she's been in outside of Touhou and its spinoffs. I know there's Graffiti Kingdom, and the upcoming Nendoroid game...)
Saturnine Tenshi
Good stuff, fuchikoma. Think I'll bookmark that one. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qcEemSeLEZI&feature=related 'Cause Totori comes out in two weeks.

Hot Heart
Not the biggest fan of the album but it has grown on me a bit. I prefer their simpler more energetic stuff.Video is p cool though. Edited September 15, 2011 by Hot Heart
fuchikoma
Franz Ferdinand is great... Here's a tune from the game "Touhou Sangetsusei - Great Fairy Wars," arranged by Innocent Key. It's kept popping back into my head for the last couple days... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ermdTkBxQ0o
TheFlyingGerbil
I haven't seen him around for a while but he used to be in Chester often. My Mum even bought one of his CDs off him.
Thorgi Duke of Frisbee
Also, their track Nutmeg is pretty incredible. Lyrics go crazy mentioning things like Parappa the Rapper. Edited September 19, 2011 by DukeOfPwn
BrainHurtBoy...2
How did I not know about these guys? At least one of them is Indian American. Sounds insensitive/racist, or whatever, but it's fucking cool when a rap group that's actually TALENTED mentions Indian icons in their songs and are embraced by many people. The minority I belonged to in my youth is finally getting a voice, and making good music along the way, and that feels fucking good. Today was a grey, awful day in Seattle, but learning about Das Racist has genuinely improved my mood.
Luftwaffles
Hehe, lots of DR love on this thread. I POSTED THEM FIRST GUIZE. GUIZE. I POSTED THEM FIRST. I saw them live last year and they were pretty great as well. I half expected them to go up on stage drunk or high but instead they got up there and killed it. They're the first band I've ever seen that can pull off the "don't give a fuck" attitude live and actually sound good doing it.

Strangelove
Nevermind remastered sounds pretty awesome. That being said, Pretty Hate Machine is probably the best remaster ive heard in years.

Mal
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NHW_4GfznNc I just found out a very old news concerning Kamelot... Roy Khan, the vocalist, is leaving the band. /deadinsidehttp://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0s89Kh7mMS0Fabio Lione from Rhapsody is the replacement. I love him in Rhapsody but his style is completely different from Roy's. I'm scared that I will lose two bands that I love. fuchikoma
I got sick of trying to be heard with my OEM XBox headset (cutouts, having to tap it constantly to trigger the voice chat, etc) so I got a Turtle Beach X12... The bass is phenomenal on these things! So, I'm listening to this rich and rumbly ballad, from the album that got me hooked on Syrufit and Mei Ayakura in the first place. (Even on Youtube it comes through pretty well, but there is a huge sound difference going from 320p to 480p on this one.) FredEffinChopin
Don't ask how....Tunes like this make me want to finish pursuing old plans of making a video of my Skate 3 character tearing up the town. It's just such a sloooow process.
