Yantelope
Just hit 50K. w00t. I think I'm starting to become less attached to it but it still influences me buying games. I think I'd never finish a lot of games if I wasn't boosting my gamerscore from playing them. Who else is an achievement whore here?
TheMightyEthan
Yeah, I'm a chievement whore too. Not as much as you though, obviously.

RadiantViper
I just recently hit 100,000 gamerscore (I actually lined it up so I completed 3 Tomb Raider games and hit 100,000 on the dot on the same day), so I was pretty happy about that

mintycrys
Current max gamerscores: Tales of Vesperia The Last Remnant Final Fantasy XIII Resident Evil 5 Bayonetta 1 vs. 100 Monday Night Combat near misses: Halo: Reach - 990/1000 Lost Odyssey - 1050/1100 And I'm currently working on the last three achievements in Enslaved, and final runthroughs of Nier and Eternal Sonata. I'll finish ME2 and Alan Wake's, too, someday.

TheForgetfulBrain
I should add mine back into my signature, like the old forum. With the exception of GFWL, I abandoned it for a long time, just over 10k, but I'm doing the Gamefly thing again, so it will get a small boost, probably a few k before I cancel again. Mister Jack
I like going for achievements. It's satisfying when you get a really hard one or you get a 1000/1000.

ToV ... epic completion I was talking to someone yesterday and bemoaning that it wasn't ToS that was for 360, seeing as how I did everything in THAT Tales game ... ToV is good but I'm not a fan of huge JRPG completions.
staySICK
This thread needs Kayce to come in and bitchslap everyone. I have a bunch of near misses, only a few completions, and some of those aren't being counted because dlc made them no longer completed. Sometimes I try to go for the full 1k, usually I just care about beating the game. Hitting this a while back just seemed really funny to me for some reason though:

staySICK
of course I can't say too much, I fucked around on the main menu for ilomilo for something like an hour trying to get the musician achievement.
ixa
my gamerscore is 11958 and only games I've bothered to finish are Castlevania: Lords Of Shadow & SOTN, Darksiders, Oblivion and Lego Indiana Jones. it seemed like a lot when I hit 10k but not so much. don't care that much about it anyway though. but achievements can be fun sometimes. ToV is good but I'm not a fan of huge JRPG completions. And it only took me 283 hours across three and a half playthroughs! ...but still managed to be easier than The Last Remnant. AcidCrownie
I think mine is like 7k. I've had my X-Box for like, three years too. Only game I've 100% achievements inis The Godfather II. I loved that game. Don't judge me.
Mister Jack
Mine is currently...30,021. Aw hell, I hate when it doesn't end in a 5 or a 0. I'm really OCD so stuff like that just bothers me to see.

I actually really liked the Last Remnant, despite all the poor reviews. I never finished it though. Not even close. The amount of shit to do and collect in that game is RIDICULOUS. I got sidetracked after fifty hours or so trying to do all the random quests and just finally gave up. I did like that game though - I thought all the hate was very much misdirected. mintycrys
The Last Remnant is damn near my favorite RPG from this generation. It's basically a SaGa game--and I HATE SaGa games, but the very esoteric nature of the game design made me feel like I was hot shit once I had it all figured out. Once all the pieces start to fall into place and you understand how the game works, it's an experience unlike anything Square Enix has produced this-gen. Yantelope
only a few completions, and some of those aren't being counted because dlc made them no longer completed. Man that makes me crazy. The worst offender was Halo 3 as I had 1000 of the original points which was really tough (assuming you didn't boost). I'd have to go back and beat one of the coop missions to fix my score and I can't stand that game anymore.

RadiantViper
I screwed up my gamerscore with Luxor 2 (which is RIDICULOUSLY IMPOSSIBLE to 100%) but I fixed it with Cloning Clyde. Shame I can't get the easy completion from Clyde but it's worth it to have pretty gamerscore B) My current long term goal is 90% completion ... currently hovering around 85%. For the past few months it's been a pattern, I bring it up a bit then I start a new game and go right back to where I was
