I thought the same thing. Does it really happen with that same level of detail in GTA4? You see him actually put his hand up to close it. It's been a while since I played GTA4 so it's quite possible but that kind of detail doesn't usually jump out at me unless it's pretty rare.

I also really loved the sound and feel of the bullets going through windshields.

I prefer not to play against humans.  It's just less fun for me.

Pretty much this exactly.  I assume every stranger I meet while playing any sort of online game is a jackass griefer fresh from his tenure at Killjoy University.

It's not my fault you're made of tasty experience and loot.

What about in Demon's Souls/Dark Souls? This seems a bit comparable to that.

Haven't played either of those (Dark Souls is on my backlog), so I can't say.  I will say that even in the MMOs I've played I preferred PvE over PvP.

I bring up these games because lots of titles seem to be taking what they started (or at least popularized) of combining both of these. What we saw at E3 from Destiny and this game was seamless whereas in Demons/Dark it's only seamless depending on what you're doing.

As long as you can still randomly encounter other people in the world.  I don't like the idea of getting jumped by other players when I'm trying to work through the campaign, but at the same time encountering other people doing their thing could add atmosphere.
