TheMightyEthan
Yeah, I almost commented on the I. I is one letter I'm very familiar with, since I do sign my name in cursive and my first name starts with I.
Battra92
Well, the proper way to make an I looks too similar to a J in my view so to differentiate the two I apparently stopped making the tail of the I.

Sindo
That's all you get since I can't write legibly in cursive.
Mr. GOH!
My handwriting in cursive and print is just awful; it looks like the writing of a 6 year old or a severe schizophrenic. My signature is an illegible scrawl that is totally unrelated to my cursive writing ability. I hate writing anything to be read by others by hand; I even type up informal thank-you notes. I think my bad handwriting is just par for the course; I can't draw, paint or do anything resembling handiwork to save my life.
TheMightyEthan
My signature is an illegible scrawl that is totally unrelated to my cursive writing ability. Oh yeah, I say I'm familiar with I's because of my signature, but that's only cause it's the first letter of my name. The first letters of both my first and last name are perfectly legible in my signature, but the rest of the "letters" are just undifferentiated squiggles. Not even always the same number of squiggles.
slithy toves
when i'm lazy my signature doesn't even have the initials it usually does. it's just a series of scribbles. i can, however, write very nicely. when i'm signing something i'm just usually choosing not to. Sindo
Same here. My signature is never the same. H and C are the only letters that can be discerned.
Pirandello
I wrote in cursive. In third grade. I still can, albeit horribly. My signature also looks like an assortment of squiqqles.
deanb
Already mentioned how we were pushed from writing in cursive early on. But heres an example of my writing. Image is a tad blurry, sorry on that. If you want a really clear example I can scan it.
staySICK
yea I learned cursive in elementary, but by middle school it basically became frowned upon, and then computers led to most papers and work being typed so I haven't really used cursive in years. Even when writing checks I use a weird cursive / print hybrid. Here ya go:
TheMightyEthan
Although it's not as pretty as a lot of people's cursive I can actually read yours easily, which is better than I can say for most people.
MasterDex
In primary school, cursive was dug into us to the point where it was the way I wrote naturally. Of course, once I started secondary school, it was all about making it legible. The amount of times I had to redo essays because the teacher couldn't read a word I wrote! A 30 minute piece of work became a two hour exercise in paitence as I forced myself to write clearly. Anyway, here's a modern example of my writing: Lol, I just noticed that even my cursive has degraded into a frankenstien version of its former glory. The shame!
