CorgiShinobi
Saw Captain America: Winter Soldier It's really great, though I'm not sure I would put it above or below the first. I feel like some of its strong points rely on the first film, and the "antagonist" of this film isn't as prominent so it doesn't quite compare to Red Skull and Hydra. I mean, "Hail Hydra" really came down to "I'm a bad guy now."
TCP
I was really surprised that Robert Redford didn't turn out to be the Red Skull. That would have been an easy card to play but a little predictable and obvious, I'm glad Marvel didn't go that route.
deanb
New GoG teaser. Not a huge amount more than the original trailer though(apart from showing he still has that mask). I imagine we'll see more and more coming up.
Hot Heart
GoG is how Dean shortens it because he's northern: Guardians oot Galaxy. And another GotG sneak peek:
staySICK
omg that's so cute. I got bad news about Rocket's fate in the movie though: Edited April 12, 2014 by staySICK

Faiblesse Des Sens
I don't think I mentioned it, but I finally saw Captain America: The Winter Soldier and fuck you if you don't think that was the best Marvel movie yet. You know why it worked? Because it wasn't a fucking superhero movie.
Strangelove
http://www.hollywoodreporter.com/heat-vision/director-edgar-wright-exits-marvels-706896 Wright isn't directing Ant-man anymore. Ugh. Its so late into production that I think it'll still be good since it'll still have the same cast and probably same script. And as much as I like Wright, I trust Marvel with their movies. Personally, this is going to be one of life's biggest "what ifs" right next to Stanley Kubrick directing A.I. No matter how good it turns out(if it does turn out good), people are going to be jaded about it and talk about how much better it would have been if Wright had stayed on to direct it. Thats going to bother me.
staySICK
yeah my interest just plummeted. probably just going to pass on it now out of protest.
deanb
It'll be interesting to find out what happened with that behind the scenes. I would hope it's not similar to Favreau on Iron Man 2 (mainly cos I'd like to think they'd learn their lesson of not butting in with too much MCU stuff). Popular Post deanb
Wonder when Marvel will okay this storyline for the Avengers films.
TCP
I had no idea that was a thing. The era of me saying "solid dick from TCP" has begun! Reminds me of my favourite Marvel character, the original Nova. I don't think we'll ever see a movie with Richard Rider... or Dick Rider, as his friends would call him. Mister Jack
Regarding Ant Man, the rumor I heard (though I can't confirm its veracity) is that Wright was being pressured by Marvel to tie in more Marvel characters and franchises than he was willing to do. deanb
T'was my speculation. Same happened with Favrue and Iron Man 2. Ant Man had been in the works a fair bit longer than Avengers stuff had been, so it'd make sense that it would need a fair bit of tweaking to bring it in-line with MCU, and I reckon Edgar Wright is the kind of guy happy to go his own way. deanb
So this is certainly a lot tamer than the ones we've had so far.
danielpholt
Looks like they're going for a Captain Reynolds feel with the main dude, that's the impression I get from this trailer at least which seems to have tried to broaden the films appeal. Still excited though.
Hot Heart
I hope this is true... Nathan Fillion joins Marvel Cinematic Universe in a huge way Edited June 21, 2014 by Hot Heart
Faiblesse Des Sens
"and supposing Marvel Studios delivers a compelling Fillion Nova, they’ll easily claim masses." I don't think this website really understands how niche Fillion is.
Hot Heart
...or Nova. Having said that, wasn't Castle in the top 15 most watched US TV shows this season? I mean, I know that also includes NCIS and such, but maybe Marvel wants that market, too.
TCP
Nova (Richard Rider) is the best Marvel character, according to me. I want this to be true, but I just don't see it happening.
