toxicitizen
I'm tempted to get one, if only so I can play stuff on the living room TV on the rare occasions it's free. I wouldn't bother actually moving a console just for a couple hours but having that thing already set up sure would be nice. Of course, I need to get a PS4 first. I don't really feel the need to play Vita games on a big screen.
TheMightyEthan
The only Vita game worth playing is Gravity Rush, and sadly it's not supported.
toxicitizen
See, you say that but I lost interest in Gravity Rush like 4 hours in. I've been meaning to give it another shot, though. I'm tempted to get a physical copy both to free up space on my memory card and to make myself feel obligated to prioritize it. It's pretty cheap and I don't like being digital for retail games anyway.

MetalCaveman
Cool. How is Burst? I don't own a 3DS so I had to settle on watching the anime. It did a decent job getting me up to speed on the story but it only focused on the Hanzo side of things. I'll be getting a 2DS to play Persona Q in a few weeks so I might check it out then. Burst is awesome! The anime is IMO, not a good way to catch up on the world of SK. Gravity Rush is a really fun game, haven't finished it yet though. Mr. GOH!
No Vita games are worth. Don't lie to people just to make yourself feel better about the money you wasted on a DOA platform. See also: Wii U.

toxicitizen
You mean you can take him seriously otherwise? Anyway, pre-ordered myself a worthless Vita game. SRPG spin-off of the Hyperdimension Neptunia series. I would've been interested anyway because of how much I liked Re;Birth. But this being an SRPG, I think I'm actually more excited for this one than for Re;Birth 2.

Mister Jack
I went to pick this up today and I had something happen I haven't experienced in at least five years. Gamestop only had enough copies to cover pre-orders! They tried to get me to order it off their website but I declined and just went over to the Best Buy down the street. Thankfully, Best Buy had plenty of copies. As for the game, it is the SHIT. This is one of the best brawler/action games I've played in years. Getting the original game included is just icing on the cake. Edited October 25, 2014 by Spooky Jack
TheRevanchist
For some time, there has been a game store near where my sister-in-law lives. Today, finally got a chance to go in and do some exploring. Very cool store. http://www.brosgameshop.com They had a nice selection on everything, even the old and rare. I picked up a few games that, yes, I could pick up on PC, but I wanted them on the original XBox, just because. Baldure's Gate Dark Alliance Jedi Outcast 2 Morrowind GOTY Edition I will be home in a few days and plan to get those bad boys up and running on some ancient graphics.

TheMightyEthan
Based on reviews I've slotted Sunset Overdrive into my "buy when it's $40" category.

toxicitizen
Sunset Overdrive is in my "buy it when it's $20 on PC" category. I honestly don't see that happening since Microsoft completely funded the game's development (unlike Dead Rising 3 and Ryse). I really hope I'm wrong, though, because if Sunset Overdrive does come to PC, that means there's a very good chance Quantum Break also will. TheMightyEthan
Insomniac owns the IP, not Microsoft, so they can do what they want with it.
TCP
PC / PS4 port is probably down the road, like Mass Effect on PS3. It could be a long while, but I'm willing to bet it will happen. Or just a multi-platform sequel that improves on everything Sunset Overdrive does.
toxicitizen
Insomniac owns the IP, not Microsoft, so they can do what they want with it. Yeah, I know that but doesn't that just mean Insomniac can do whatever they want when it comes to sequels? I mean, I'd expect that having funded development would grant Microsoft some kind of control over at least this one game. For example, which platforms it can come out on. PC / PS4 port is probably down the road, like Mass Effect on PS3. It could be a long while, but I'm willing to bet it will happen. Or just a multi-platform sequel that improves on everything Sunset Overdrive does. I think that PC is definitely possible but I seriously doubt PS4 is. Maybe a sequel but not this one. I bet you ONE large Boston Pizza pizza (up to 3 toppings) that by the end of the generation it'll be on PS4. It's probably just a 5 year deal like Mass Effect.
