Mr. GOH!
Looks good! The Martian was a great read, by the way. I hope the film keeps the first line from the book.

TheMightyEthan
In other news, I have contracted with the Amazon wizards and they have sent the book automagically to my Kindle, ready for my enjoyment when I get home.
Mr. GOH!
It's a good read. Detailing the logistics of being a lone survivor is an old trope; Robinson Crusoe devotes a lot of time to such logistics, IIRC, too. The Martian is way funnier, though. TheMightyEthan
The thing that comes to mind for me, that every fifth grader has to read, is the Hatchet.
Mr. GOH!
Just "Hatchet." I forgot about that one.

Mister Jack
I think this might be the first movie based on a newspaper comic I've ever had any interest in.
deanb
Doesn't seem particularly "scary". I know it's a kids film n all, but like I guess some kind of Gremlins level is cool for kids. Maybe I'm misremembering the books (not that I vastly remember much except fuck that ventriloquist dummy)
Hot Heart
A longer Man from UNCLE trailer. I enjoyed his Sherlock films, and I'm a fan of spy stuff so I'm onboard even if nothing particularly grabs me there.

deanb
I'm just not sure this is gonna be any good. First look at Eren mind.

TheFlyingGerbil
That's weird how realistic the world looks with the very cartoony characters on top

TheFlyingGerbil
I never understood the zoolander love. I don't imagine the sequel will be clearing up the mystery
Hot Heart
I don't think it was a particularly great trailer, but Zoolander has a special place in my heart. Lots of great lines and simple gags; I guess it's more caught up in being able to reference it among people you know.
Mr. GOH!
Zoolander is a wonderful movie. This trailer for the second one sucked, though, and I don't think we really need a Zoolander 2 anyway.
deanb
Trailer Trailer.
danielpholt
I love that. I'm feeling pretty positive about this film. Everyone involved seems really into it, and the two small bits of media that I've seen (this and the 'interview' thing from a while ago) have both made me laugh out loud. Is it too much to hope this is really fucking good?
TheFlyingGerbil
I may need to give Zoolander another watch then.
